It takes a long time to respond to WhatsApp and yet when they do they respond with disdain. I'll never buy from that store again! They do not need customers, but training in best practices in sales!

Depois eu troco por outro produto porém não gostei e pedi a devolução. Agora Mais de 1 mês para receber um retorno quanto a um estorno de compra. Amo comprar Agilita, mas com essa loja, nunca mais !!!!
Terrible!!! First, I purchase a product that is not in stock. Then they promise me a dress to replace that never arrives. Then I exchange it for another product but I didn't like it and asked for a refund. Now More than 1 month to receive a return on a purchase chargeback. I love to buy Agilita, but with this store, never again!!!!
