The people who do the grooming and bathing are extremely patient and careful with the pets' well-being, the bath is perfect, the grooming is perfect, excellent service, I won't change anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizei hoje, 16/05/22, o serviço de banho e tosa deste pet shop para minha cachorra. Valor total informado pela funcionária de R$ 95,00.
O taxi dog deles para transporte chegou em minha casa para levar minha cachorra por volta das 12h, como combinado. Deram 15h30 e nada de trazerem a cachorra. Liguei lá para saber o que ocorrera e disseram que o taxi dog estava fora e o estavam esperando para trazê-la. Deram mais de 16h e nada, liguei reclamando novamente e a resposta foi mesma. Trouxeram a coitada já eram quase 17h. Ela ficou 5 horas fora, pra tomar um simples banho e com certeza por horas enfiada numa gaiola, sem água, nem comida. Um absurdo essa demora. Se não tem condição de prestar o serviço adequadamente, não ofereça. Além de todo o transtorno, ainda quiseram cobrar 20 reais a mais do valor combinado. Nunca mais levo meus doguinhos neste lugar!!
