★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora no atendimento é o motivo e sempre lentidão no sistema, até quando essa falta de respeito com o próximo, alguns procedimentos deveria ser on-line. Saúde pública está uma bagunça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são péssimos , a Case está cheio e eles só ficam conversando e agora na pandemia piorou , liga não atende , manda um a mensagem no WhatsApp só responde 3 dias depois , desde março (hoje é 06/08/20) já tiveram 5 interrupções no tratamento por vários motivos todos causados por eles .
The employees are terrible, the Case is full and they just keep talking and now in the pandemic it got worse, the call doesn't answer, send a message on WhatsApp only responds 3 days later, since March (today it's 06/08/20) they already had 5 treatment interruptions for various reasons all caused by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi bom, o problema é a entrega do medicamento para mim. Me deram um prazo, aguardei e nada. Liguei e me avisaram que iriam entregar em minha casa no outro dia e não vieram. Entrei em contato mais uma vez perguntando se posso buscar já que até então não entregaram só pedem pra aguardar e o tempo passando e eu sem poder iniciar meu tratamento sem o medicamento.
The service was good, the problem is delivering the medicine to me. They gave me a deadline, I waited and nothing. I called and they told me they would deliver it to my house the other day and they didn't come. I got in touch again asking if I can pick it up since they haven't delivered so far, they just ask to wait and time is passing and I can't start my treatment without the medication.
