Reservei o espaço para festa do meu filho, não tinha nem itens básicos como papel pra secar a mão, reservamos primeiro e segundo andar (valo maior) e quando os convidados quiseram usar a mesa de bilhar na parte de cima teve que comprar as fichas, reservamos das 10h as 20h mais quando vou 18h e pouco já estávamos sendo pressionado a sair desligando o som e etc, espaço bom porém falta melhor organização
Nice place, but bad service
I reserved the space for my son's party, I didn't even have basic items like paper to dry the hand, we reserved the first and second floors (higher value) and when the guests wanted to use the pool table at the top they had to buy the chips, we book from 10 am to 8 pm more when I go 6 pm and soon we were already being pressured to leave turning off the sound and etc, good space but lack better organization
