★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefônico, deixei um brinquedo pra conserto em 15/10 e retirei 02/01 sem conserto algum, por várias vezes fui informada por tel que ele seria o próximo a ser consertado, mais infelizmente isso não aconteceu, uma grande falta de respeito com o cliente.
Poor phone service, I left a toy to be repaired on 10/15 and I removed 1/2 without repair, several times I was informed by phone that it would be the next to be repaired, but unfortunately it didn't happen, a great lack of respect with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma moto elétrica pra arrumar porque a bateria estava fraca dizem que trocaram mas na primeira vez que foi usado durou pouco tempo coloquei pra carregar o tem certinho que eles pediram pra deixar carregando e mesmo assim, não está segurando a carga levei até a loja pra ver o que pode ser disse de novo que seria bateria em menos de 15 dias estragou de novo outra bateria teria que pagar por uma nova e novamente não ia ter garantia estou muito insatisfeito com trabalho dele sem contar que atrasa o prazo de entrega

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, o orçamento que eles fazem as vezes dá diferença , levei um brinquedo para consertar e me falaram um valor achei caro, e em outro dia voltei e perguntei novamente só que para outra pessoa que trabalha no local e foi me passado um preço quase a metade do valor que tinham me passado antes.
Lousy service, the budget they make sometimes makes a difference, I took a toy to fix and they told me a price I thought it was expensive, and the other day I came back and asked again only for another person who works at the place and I was passed a price almost half the amount they had paid me before.
