★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionarios nao terminaram o servico que deu problema,foram na minha casa 3 vezes,sempre com pressa e o defeito continuou.Ficaram de voltar e nem meus telefonemas atendiam mais.Procurei um dos donos em janeiro pra que devolvesse metade do meu dinheiro ja que tive que contratar outro profissional,ficou de me ligar para acertarmos e até hoje nada.Voltei na empresa,conversei com o senhor que nao terminou o serviço e solicitei a devoluçao de R$150,00 dos 300,00 que me cobrou por serviço nao concluido e tive que pagar outro profissional 150,00.Uma vergonha!
The employees did not finish the service that gave the problem, they went to my house 3 times, always in a hurry and the defect continued. They stayed back and not even my calls answered anymore. I looked for one of the owners in January to return half of my money since I had to hire another professional, stayed to call me to settle and until today nothing. I went back to the company, talked to the gentleman who did not finish the service and asked for a refund of R $ 150.00 out of the 300.00 that he charged me for an unfinished service. and I had to pay another professional 150.00. A shame!

Tive um problema no serviço 2 dias depois na ignicao do meu carro que foi ali arrumado. Porem ja no termino do serviço deles as 19hs foi super bem atendido e me socorreram de imediato. NÃO ficando abandonado com o problema na rua. Nota 1000 para equipe. Esse pequeno detalhe e prestacao do serviço na hora da precisao, me fez a confiar e indicar aos serviços ali prestados a quem precisa de qualidade e apoio. Parabens a vcs e ao CHAVEIRO LEO aqui na av. Maria beatriz com ursula paulino B.Havai que me indicou a voces . continue assim. O barato as vezes saem caro.
Super well attended by 2 employees. That I learned to be the owners. The rest of func. Working super cheerful. I had a problem with the service 2 days later in the ignition of my car that was fixed there. However, at the end of their service, 7 pm was very well attended and they helped me immediately. NOT getting abandoned with the problem on the street. Note 1000 for the team. That little detail and provision of the service at the time of need, made me trust and indicate the services there provided to those who need quality and support.
