 They do not guarantee the service provided by them. In just a week difference I had to pay again for something I had already paid but the service was not good.

Funcionarios fucam enrolando, não dão devidas informações ou atenção vom seu veículo, esperei por 3 horas e nao conseguir ser atendida, sai com raica e insatisfeita.
Não recomendo!!

Employees keep stalling, don't give proper information or attention to their vehicle, I waited for 3 hours and couldn't be answered, leaves angry and dissatisfied.

Infelizmente funcionários perdendo muito tempo conversando e com brincadeiras no horário de trabalho, não deram devida assistência.
Fiquei esperando por quase 2h, sem saber quaisquer informações, simplesmente para trocar um fusível.
Apesar de sua estrutura, contém funcionários incompetentes.
Não recomendo.
2 hours of waiting to be answered, just to change 1 blown fuse.
Unfortunately, employees wasting a lot of time talking and joking during working hours, they didn't give proper assistance.
I was waiting for almost 2 hours, not knowing any information, simply to change a fuse.
Despite its structure, it contains incompetent employees.
