A colaboradora fazendo um atendimento excelente e devido uma etiqueta com valor errôneo dentro da mala, a gerente humilhou a colaboradora na frente de todos dizendo que seria descontado do salário dela a diferença do valor. Foi muito constrangedor.
I had a bad experience at the store because of the woman I believe is the manager. The employee providing excellent service and due to an erroneous value tag inside the suitcase, the manager humiliated the employee in front of everyone saying that the difference in value would be deducted from her salary. It was very embarrassing.
