★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, entrega de bolsas nada ágil, atendimento sem agilidade. Só querem vender depois que escolhe largam o cliente de não aguardei 20 minutos para retirar uma bolsa escolar, sendo que passsou 5 pessoas na minha frente na retirada.

Gerente e vendedora querem te obrigar a comprar. Ficam pressionando de forma irritante e opressora. Nao te deixam a vontade e, ainda ficam com cara feia se vc demora para escolher ou não compra nada.
Terrible attendance. I only give one star because I can't give less.
Manager and saleswoman want to force you to buy. They keep pressing in an irritating and oppressive way. They don't make you feel comfortable and they still look ugly if you take too long to choose or don't buy anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, hoje 17/12/21, estive na loja pois queria comprar duas bolsas para presente. O vendedor se irritou pq eu queria olhar as bolsas antes de escolher. Resolvi ir embora e procurar outra loja, quando o vendedor me chamou de madame. Saí da loja, não sei pq eu olhei para trás e o mesmo estava rindo e dando tchau zinco. Azar dele achei outra loja e fiz a minha compra. E a loja simplesmente perdeu uma cliente assídua e ganhou uma pessoa que vai sempre falar do péssimo atendimento.
Terrible service, today 12/17/21, I was at the store because I wanted to buy two bags for gifts. The seller got angry because I wanted to look at the bags before choosing. I decided to leave and look for another store when the seller called me madam. I left the store, I don't know why I looked back and he was laughing and saying goodbye to zinc. His bad luck I found another store and made my purchase. And the store simply lost a frequent customer and gained a person who will always talk about the poor service.

Realizei a compra de uma bolsa em outra loja no mesmo shopping que é muito superior em qualidade e acabamento e me custou praticamente a metade do preço com desconto porque paguei à vista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesta loja é a quarta mala de viagem que adquiro em 3 anos, mas como sempre tive problema em danificação no aeroporto e quase todas na parte das rodas, mas desta vez foi no zíper do extensor e no zíper da parte interna que veio a quebrar, porém procurei a loja que disse que a garantia era apenas de 3 meses, mas não isso que foi dito no ato da compra e fizeram a maior propaganda dizendo sobre o material da mala e que a garantia era de 12 meses.
Porém ao procurar a gerência a mesma me passou um telefone e disse para eu entrar em contato com o fornecedor e que a loja não teria mais haver com a garantia.
As outras malas tive problema com a quebra da estrutura na parte das rodas e como resposta me disseram que não cobria a garantia pois foi de mau uso do aeroporto e que a garantia somente cobria partes das alças e zíper.
Conclusão: Não existe garantia apenas uma propaganda para vender os produtos.

However, when looking for the management, she gave me a phone and told me to contact the supplier and that the store would no longer have to do with the warranty.
The other bags had a problem with the structure breaking on the wheels and in response they told me that it didn't cover the warranty because it was misused by the airport and that the warranty only covered parts of the handles and zipper.
Conclusion: There is no guarantee, just an advertisement to sell the products.
