★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite. O que eu posso falar da Tidy, aconteceu um caso muito desagradável, minha sogra foi tirar a roupa alugada do meu cunhado que nao pode comparecer. No Domigo, dia do casamento, ele pegou o terno na capa e constatou que não veio a calça, e eu emprestei uma calça minha. Na segunda eu liguei para falar dessa coisa chata que aconteceu e alguém da Tidy ligou para minha sogra falando um monte que ela tinha perdido a calça , eles mandaram um vídeo que não mostra nada e a pessoa totalmente ignorante falou que era.a palavra dela contra a da outra. É inadmissível uma pessoa falar isso para o cliente que para a empresa, o cliente é essencial. E agora como fica o dinheiro que foi bem caro o aluguel do traje completo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Em plena pandemia o local estava lotado e sem a preocupação de fazer TODOS os clientes estarem de máscara. Não trabalham com hora marcada o que é péssimo pois só tem uma pequena sala onde tentam enfiar trocentas pessoas juntas (em plena pandemia)
Edição pós resposta: Fomos colocados numa sala minúscula com outras pessoas e uma dessas pessoas tirou a máscara. Pedimos para um funcionário pedir para a pessoa colocar a máscara mas ele nos ignorou. Não adianta colocar plaquinhas nas paredes se os funcionários não são bem treinados e preocupado com o bem estar de todos.
Terrible service. In the middle of a pandemic, the place was crowded and without the concern of making ALL customers wearing a mask. They don't work by appointment, which is terrible because they only have a small room where they try to cram hundreds of people together (in the middle of a pandemic)
Post-response edit: We were put in a tiny room with other people and one of those people took off his mask. We asked an employee to ask the person to put on the mask but he ignored us. It's no use putting signs on the walls if the employees are not well trained and concerned with everyone's well being.

Todas as colaboradoras sempre são ótimas, dedicadas e educadas. Foi o lugar que encontrei com o maior quantidade de vestidos grandes, todos muito atuais. É incrível como os vestidos estão atualizados, com todas as tendências, com cores diversas e pra quem gosta, também têm os clássicos.
Adoro o fato de não precisarmos marcar horário, as consultoras não te apressam e ficam o tempo necessário com você. Isso é ótimo, pois posso esperar o tempo que for, mas serei muito bem atendida e sei que todas farão o possível e o impossível para que eu saia com um vestido verdadeiramente bom.
Adorei poder contar com o bom gosto de quem trabalha com isso diariamente, sempre tive muita verdade por parte de todas as consultoras, que me deram dicas sobre acessórios, cores e modelos de vestidos.
Desde a recepção, whatsapp, instagram, consultoras, costureiras, proprietária. Todos são muito profissionais e atenciosos.
Fico triste de ver menções negativas ao estacionamento, tempo de espera, tratamento da recepção, esse período do ano está concorrido, as festas estão sendo remarcadas para datas muito próximas e isso faz com que o volume de atendimentos também aumente, é necessário saber disso e ter empatia.
Por outro lado, fico muito feliz em saber que a Tidy terá um novo espaço e tenho CERTEZA que as menções serão sempre as melhores.
Obrigada por fazerem minha formatura tão especial, com um vestido impecável.

I love the fact that we don't need to make an appointment, the consultants don't rush you and stay as long as necessary with you. This is great, because I can wait as long as it takes, but I will be very well taken care of and I know that everyone will do everything possible and impossible for me to leave with a really good dress.
I loved being able to count on the good taste of those who work with it daily, I always had a lot of truth from all the consultants, who gave me tips on accessories, colors and dress models.

It makes me sad to see negative mentions of parking, waiting time, reception handling, this time of year is busy, parties are being rescheduled to very close dates and this makes the volume of calls also increase, it is necessary to know this and empathize.
On the other hand, I am very happy to know that Tidy will have a new space and I am SURE that the mentions will always be the best.

As consultoras também. Forma de pagamento ? boa também! Recomendo demais.
I highly recommend it! The pieces are beautiful and well cared for, they have variety which helps a lot when choosing. About the service, without words, I've been a customer for years and I've always been very well attended! The staff is sensational, the seamstress is super patient and attentive to the smallest details. Consultants too. Payment method is good too! I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roupas boas com qualidade, porém atendimento confuso e bem demorado, se for traje masculino aí vai com muita paciência, pois a prioridade é feminino, fiquei quase 2 horas pra ser atendido e só fui atendido pq comecei a reclamar aí resolveram me dará atenção, a roupa não era para meu filho de 7 anos, imagina uma criança ficar quase 2 horas esperando para experimentar uma roupa.
Atendente falou que é por ordem de chegar, só esqueceu de falar que a mulheres têm prioridade,.
Um rapaz que estava na parte de atendimento ainda teve coragem de vim discutir.
