★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar uma crítica construtiva em relação ao serviço de corte de cabelo. Quanto ao atendimento dos profissionais, nenhuma crítica, são todos muito atenciosos e cordiais. Por isso não estou dando 1 estrela. Porém vocês PRECISAM escutar o pedido dos seus clientes.
Fui na unidade da Savassi no dia 30.12 e pedi para cortar um franjão estilo cortina (curtain bangs) APENAS. Infelizmente cortaram 2 palmos do meu cabelo todo e me deixaram com uma franjinha infantil. A minha auto estima foi pelo ralo. Venho há anos tentando crescer meu cabelo e dar volume. E o corte que foi feito tirou todo o volume do meu cabelo que ficou com pontas desfiadas. Estou muito triste e pela primeira vez na vida estou considerando colocar megahair para disfarçar o cabelo.
I would like to leave a constructive criticism regarding the haircut service. As for the professional service, no criticism, they are all very attentive and cordial. So I am not giving 1 star. However, you NEED to listen to your customers' request.
I went to the Savassi unit on December 12 and asked to cut a curtain bangs ONLY. Unfortunately they cut 2 inches from my hair and left me with a little fringe. My self-esteem went down the drain. I've been trying to grow my hair and add volume for years. And the cut that was done took all the volume out of my hair that got frayed ends. I am very sad and for the first time in my life I am considering putting megahair to disguise my hair.

Minha avaliação é mais uma dica para quem está pensando em ir pela primeira vez cortar (como foi o meu caso): deixe absolutamente claro se não quiser que seu cabelo saia super curto (sem exagero: alinhe muito bem as expectativas). Se fizer isso, suas chances de sair do salão feliz serão muito altas!
No meu caso, dois anos de investimento e dedicação para o crescimento do meu cabelo foram embora, infelizmente. Queria poder voltar no tempo e não ter ido. Tô arrasada.

Impeccable, super responsive and professional salon - there is no discussion about it. My evaluation is another tip for those who are thinking of going for the first time to cut (as was my case): make it absolutely clear if you don't want your hair to come out super short (without exaggeration: align expectations very well). If you do, your chances of leaving the salon happily will be very high!
In my case, two years of investment and dedication to growing my hair are unfortunately gone. I wish I could go back in time and not have gone. I'm devastated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no tifs dia 09/11 para fazer um alisamento, porem primeiramente teria que fazer um testa de mecha.
Começou com um atraso de quase 1h para ser atendida pela Helena, e ao ser atendida a cabeleireira não se deu ao trabalho de explicar NADA da química pra mim.
Foi fazer o teste de mecha e SEM AUTORIZAÇAO e SEM AVISAR separou uma mecha do meio do meu cabelo, pegou a tesoura e cortou na raiz. Tomei um susto na hora e pedi pra ela parar, e a mesma me informou que teria que fazer isso mais 3 vezes. Levantei e fui embora. Onde ja se viu teste de mecha precisar cortar cabelo e ainda sem aviso? Citando a cabeleireira : “vou tirar UNS fios seus, pra não precisar de lavar seu cabelo”, o descaso é tão grande que não quis se dar o trabalho de explicar como seria feito e de separar as mechas e lavar o cabelo, porque ja havia atrasado pra me atender e ainda queria otimizar o lucro deles, então o mais cômodo e para poupar trabalho pra eles seria cortar mesmo.
Fui reclamar e a moça arrogante virou e falou ainda: “ não fiz buraco no seu cabelo” e não reconheceu seu erro. Confiei no salão e saí totalmente arrependida. Ja fiz alisamento varias vezes e ainda perguntei em vários salões, NUNCA aconteceu isso comigo, o teste de mecha é sempre separando uma mecha do cabelo e aplicando produto.
Aconselho a todos a NÃO ir nesse salão.

I went to do the lock test and WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION and WITHOUT NOTICE, separated a lock from the middle of my hair, took the scissors and cut at the root. I was scared at the time and asked her to stop, and she informed me that I would have to do this 3 more times. I got up and left. Where have you seen streak test needing to cut hair and still without warning? Quoting the hairdresser: "I'm going to take SOME of your hair so you don't need to wash your hair", the indifference is so great that she didn't want to bother explaining how it would be done and separate the locks and wash the hair, because there was already late to serve me and I still wanted to optimize their profit, so the most convenient and to save work for them would be to cut it.
I went to complain and the arrogant girl turned around and said: “I didn't make a hole in your hair” and didn't recognize her mistake. I trusted the salon and left totally sorry. I've done straightening several times and even asked in several salons, this has NEVER happened to me, the lock test is always separating a lock of hair and applying product.
I advise everyone NOT to go to this hall.
