Nossa trajetória iniciou em agosto de 2009 com a abertura de 02 lojas no seguimento de telecomunicações para venda de telefone celular e serviços da operadora TIM.
Completados 10 anos de existência, somos hoje, um grupo de 08 lojas, atuando em shopping centers da Grande São Paulo e neste ano de 2020 implantamos um sistema de atendimento on-line, com serviço de entregas em domicílio, um passo importante, para proporcionar maior conforto e segurança aos nossos clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um verdadeiro lixo, está bom para ser fechada essa loja!! Eu e minha esposa fomos lá três vezes para mudar de micro chip para nano chip e eles sempre utilizam a mesma desculpa "estamos sem sistema e não podemos fazer a portabilidade agora", mas isso é conversa furada, pois o q eles querem
é ficar tentando empurrar planos da operadora, mesmo nos dizendo que não queremos!! Fora o mau humor dos funcionários que são péssimos, além do mais a Tim é uma empresa de telecomunicações, se realmente estão "sem sistema" todo esse tempo, é bom rever os conceitos pq tá complicado isso!! Palhaçada com os clientes, trabalhamos com encomendas de doces e tempo para nos é precioso, quando reservamos o pouco do tempo que temos para resolver esse tipo de problema, nos deparamos com isso, triste!! Seriedade nota zero!!
 A real rubbish, it's good to close this shop!! My wife and I went there three times to switch from microchip to nanochip and they always use the same excuse "we're out of system and we can't do portability right now" but that's bullshit because what do they want
is to keep trying to push the operator's plans, even telling us we don't want to!! Apart from the bad mood of the employees who are terrible, besides Tim is a telecommunications company, if they are really "without a system" all this time, it's good to review the concepts because this is complicated!! Clowning with customers, we work with orders for sweets and time for us is precious, when we reserve the little time we have to solve this type of problem, we come across it, sad!! Seriousness grade zero!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja. Tive meu celular roubado, liguei na tim para bloquear o número e fui orientado a ir à loja mais próxima para recuperar o número. O vendedor se negou a vender pois meu plano era pré pago e que só conseguiria se adquirisse um plano pôs pago o que é MENTIRA, pois liguei na Tim TRÊS vezes e disseram não conferia a informação da loja. Os dois funcionário foram mal caráter, quiseram me coagir a adquirir o plano, agiram de forma maldosa, vil. Fui à loja de tim do parque shopping Barueri, onde o funcionários de uma má vontade imensa ( pois também queriam me vender um plano) recuperaram meu número. Gravei um vídeo com toda a situação e irei comunicar à Anatel e à ouvidoria da tim.

The two employees were bad character, wanted to coerce me to acquire the plan, acted in a mean, vile way. I went to the tim store at Parque Shopping Barueri, where the employees of a very bad will (because they also wanted to sell me a plan) recovered my number. I recorded a video with the whole situation and I will communicate to Anatel and tim's ombudsman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja franquia Tim Tamboré não resolve seu problema,se for troca chip e continuar com mesma linha eles te encaminha para loja física no shop união. Sendo que fiz mesmo serviço na loja franquia do shop união e fui exclarecer com atendente e me disseram que eles fazem sim a troca do chip para continuar com mesma linha.
O problema e lucro como sempre eles querem demais e não resolve o seu problema eu aconselha a não fazer pacotes e nem planos lá já não conseguem resolve básico .

The problem and profit as always they want too much and does not solve your problem I advise you not to make packages or plans there are no longer able to solve basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de golpista, sou cliente TIM e fui tentar recuperar meu número que acabou bloqueando, disseram que eu teria que fazer um plano de 69 reais para pegar o número novamente. Onde se viu isso? Eles estão afastando o cliente da operadora com isso.
Liguei na central da tim e me disseram que não podem fazer isso. Vou denunciar a tim por não supervisionar as lojas vinculadas.

Fui na unidade no dia 26/05/2022 às 16h10 e fui informado que só seria feita a 2° via do NanoSIM se eu fizesse um plano por dois meses... essa prática não seria uma VENDA CASADA? ?
Meu chip é para TRABALHO, informei aos atendentes que estavam na loja e disse que só realizo recargas quando tenho um ensaio marcado, quando não possuo nenhum trabalho no dia ou na semana eu simplesmente não realizo a recarga e também muitos ambientes nos quais eu realizo a sessão fotográfica possui Wi-Fi, após eu explicar meu problema e tamanha necessidade de um novo NanoSim, me orientaram ir até Osasco resolver o "problema" pois na unidade "não resolvia esse problema à não ser que eu tivesse um plano"...
A violação do código do consumidor é crime, caso os anjinhos não saibam, rs.
