★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando há horas falar com a Tim, não existe um canal para atendimento com humano, fiz uma recarga dia 10/06 R$ 20,00, e não usei, acontece que no final da tarde tentei usar e estava sem saldo, entrei no extrato financeiro, e aparece o mesmo valor como débito de promoção, exatamente o mesmo valor. Não autorizei nenhuma promoção e quero meu dinheiro se volta.
