Tive que comprar um chip cujo dinheiro foi pro lixo, já uqe a portabilidade não foi feita. Liguei na loja para verem se eles poderiam me ajudar e fui tratado como um lixo.. Funcionários indolentes, incapacitados, incompetentes e mal educados. Passem longe dessa loja TIM do Bauru SHopping. Em contrapartida, tudo o que solicitei na Loja Tim do Boulevard foi prontamente atendido.
 I requested portability of my Oi number to Tim, I was 40 minutes being answered, I signed thousands of papers and I didn't have the portability completed. I had to buy a chip whose money went to waste, since portability was not done. I called the store to see if they could help me and I was treated like rubbish. Indolent, incapacitated, incompetent and rude staff. Go away from this TIM store at Bauru SHopping. In return, everything I requested at Loja Tim do Boulevard was promptly answered.
