Quando cheguei lá fui atendida pela Larissa e depois de 20 minutos de conversa ela questionou se eu teria a decisão de imediato, pois há vagas limitadas, e ela não poderia ficar esperando. Quando informei que fui conhecer a empresa e gostando iria avaliar a possibilidade de iniciar o curso ou não, ela disse que encerraria a conversa, e nem terminou de me mostrar o conteúdo e os valores.
Achei uma falta de respeito e ética para com o cliente.
Forçando as pessoas a fecharem contrato com a escola.
Uma semana depois me ligaram da escola para entender o que aconteceu.
Achei muito válido para evitar que esse tipo de tratamento aconteça novamente com outras pessoas.
Infelizmente perdi completamente o interesse com o que aconteceu na primeira visita.

I found a lack of respect and ethics towards the client.
Forcing people to contract with the school.
A week later they called me from school to understand what happened.
I found it very valid to prevent this type of treatment from happening again with other people.
Unfortunately I completely lost interest in what happened on the first visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. Meu namorado quis cancelar o contrato, e além da taxa de cancelamento de 348, queriam cobrar mais 300 de uma mensalidade que ele não usufruiu. A mulher que atendeu ele, quando perguntada sobre as taxas e a mensalidade, disse que ele tinha que pagar mesmo sem ter frequentado, pq o professor estava na escola pra disposição dele, porém, ele não ligou marcando as aulas, então nenhum professor ficou esperando ele. O único prejuízo da escola com ele foi a abertura da matrícula, que foi paga, quase 300 reais.
A atendente, Viviane, não queria explicar a taxa e nem estava interessada em ouvir. Fomos lá para cancelar, e mesmo assim ela continuava querendo empurrar o curso. Quando questionada sobre as cláusulas abusivas do contrato, ela gritou, arrancou folha da mão dos outros, e mandou a gente embora.
Teve também uma advogada da escola que acompanhou a reunião sem sabermos que era advogada, quando ela entrou na sala foi dito que era da administração.
No final, já estávamos tão de saco cheio, que dissemos que íamos pagar a taxa de cancelamento + a mensalidade do mês que meu namorado nem frequentou, que dá 616, porém, quando fomos pagar, ela disse que era apenas no débito ou em dinheiro. Se um estabelecimento quer apenas uma forma de pagamento, isso deveria estar explícito no contrato, não está. Quando dissemos que só estávamos com cartão de crédito, tentaram induzir a gente a usar cheque. O material eles colocam no crédito, mas a taxa de cancelamento não? Eu nem se quer pedi que parcelasse, apenas que passasse no crédito à vista, mas se recusaram.
Isso não é uma escola, é um assalto. O caso está sendo levado para as pequenas causas.

There was also a lawyer from the school who accompanied the meeting without knowing that she was a lawyer, when she entered the room she was told that she was in the administration.
In the end, we were already so pissed off that we said we were going to pay the cancellation fee + the monthly fee for the month that my boyfriend did not attend, which gives 616, but when we went to pay, she said it was only in debt or cash . If an establishment wants only one form of payment, this should be explicit in the contract, it is not. When we said we only had a credit card, they tried to get people to use a check. The material they put on credit, but the cancellation fee does not? I did not even want to ask you to pay in installments, only to have it paid in cash, but you refused.
This is not a school, it's a robbery. The case is being brought to small claims.

Não recomendo irem na escola sem antes pesquisarem outras. Eles vão fazer uma reunião com uma oferta que se vc sair da sala vai perder, e por mais que pareça especial a verdade é que muitos recebem a mesma oferta.
Entretanto, a escola parece ter uma qualidade de ensino incrível.

I do not recommend going at school without first searching other. They will have a meeting with an offer that if you leave the room you will lose, and as special as it may seem the truth is that many receive the same offer.
However, the school seems to have an amazing teaching quality.

Great educational institution. My English has improved a lot thanks to the conversation classes and also to the teachers who are excellent at what they do. The hours are adaptable to my routine and the girls at the reception are always willing to help.

Fiz contato, marcaram reunião para as 20:00hs, o Gerente Hilton iniciou 20:25hs, durante a apresentação da metodologia questionou se teria uma resposta positiva no final da reunião, informei que precisava conhecer o modelo de ensino da escola e iria comparar com outra que teria reunião no outro dia.
Nesse momento o esse Sr. mudou o tom da conversa e foi ríspido, não quiz continuar o atendimento e encerrou, deixando claro que somente continuaria se eu fosse aceitar a proposta no final do atendimento.
Atendimento fraco, sem profissionalismo e pior de tudo com falta de educação. Por indicação estava muito interessado em fazer o curso na Times, mas pelo atendimento perdi todo interesse na escola.
