 Good service, but prices a little higher than what is actually offered. Faaca (downstairs) is cheaper and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo chefe dos garçons. Constrangimento. Éramos em cinco pessoas e um jovem resolveu comer em outro restaurante vizinho, o prato não era fornecido pelo local. E a pessoa da recepção combinou em deixar que o adolescente entrasse com a refeição no recinto em que todo o grupo estava almoçando. Quando o mesmo sentou o maitre abordou-nos criando um constrangimento para para todos.
Bad service by the waitstaff. Embarrassment. We were five people and one young man decided to eat at another neighboring restaurant, the dish was not provided by the place. And the front desk person agreed to let the teenager in with the meal in the room where the whole group was having lunch. When he sat down the maitre approached us creating an embarrassment for everyone.

I spent over an hour with my family waiting for 3 executive lunches and they just didn't arrive. When we threatened to leave, they left 3 empty plates on our table and no food. We left there hungry. The experience was terrible

My orders took over 1 hour and there were still two orders left! Even sodas take longer than 20 minutes! Horrible experience!

Carne veio dura, sem sabor, parecia ser outro tipo de carne. Não conseguimos comer a comida.
O ambiente é bem agradável, tem uma vista bonita, os funcionários são educados e atenciosos.
Bad experience, we ordered a dish made with filet mignon medallion.
Meat came hard, without flavor, seemed to be another type of meat. We couldn't eat the food.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a beautiful view, the staff are polite and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei de viagem e fui com meu primo por ser um local de boa comida e de ótima comodidade. Pedimos 3 pratos sendo um de tapioca, um caldo de feijão e um bolinho de costela. Para nossa surpresa, todos os pratos estava frios. Ao chamarmos o atendente, pedimos para rever os pratos e para nossa surpresa, voltaram quase da mesma forma. O caldo de feijão demorou quase 20 minutos para voltar e ainda voltou morno. Sair do RJ para ir a um restaurante com uma comida de qualidade média para ruim é complicado. Até restaurante de estrada estava melhor. Não recomendo.
I arrived from a trip and went with my cousin because it is a place of good food and great comfort. We ordered 3 dishes, one of tapioca, a bean broth and a rib dumpling. To our surprise, all dishes were cold. When we called the attendant, we asked to review the dishes and to our surprise, they came back almost the same way. The bean broth took almost 20 minutes to come back and still came back lukewarm. Leaving RJ to go to a restaurant with average to bad quality food is complicated. Even the roadside restaurant was better. I do not recommend.
