★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho bom, porém atenção ao cliente duvidosa. Não cumpriu com acordos verbais duas vezes e foi muito rápido em dar justificativas, porém não pediu desculpas. Não solicitaria serviços novamente não pela qualidade do mesmo, mas pela falta de empatia.
Ao receber um breve feedback educado da minha insatisfação por ter faltado com a palavra, imediatamente quis encerrar o assunto, tendo a presunção de alegar que seu serviço era inigualável no mundo todo, encarando a situação de maneira esquiva e indiferente.
Good job, but dubious customer service. He did not comply with verbal agreements twice and was very quick to justify, but did not apologize. I would not ask for services again not for its quality, but for its lack of empathy.
