★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff are excellent, they all are very polite and helpful people with excellent English.
Although the general impression of staying at this hotel was spoiled by the fact that the hotel charges payment for coffee in the room. At the same time the hotels provides only two tiny bottles of drinking water.
It's can be called not hospitality but empafia (meanness) only.
My colleagues and me have visited many hotels around the world and for the first time we witness the hotel charging for coffee in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For such a highly rated hotel, it has its challenges. Overall, the facilities are nice and pleasant. The staff is very helpful.
However, the walls are paper thin. I did not enjoy listening to my neighbors TV or her practicing her signing for an hour. It was so loud, I thought the had parked themselves outside my room and we just torturing me. I had to break down and pull out my ear plugs.
If you have ever stayed at a Westin, you know what a "Heavenly Bed" is, this is the opposite. It's is like sleep on a church pew.
Proceed with caution. Nice facilities, crew but some definite drawbacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed here our first two nights into our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly professional and the service was top of the line! The view from our room was stunning and the view from Seen was even better. I would recommend this timeless hotel to anyone visiting Sao Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stop looking. Here's the place you should stay in São Paulo. The rooms are great, very spacious and a special shout out to the beds that are incredibly good.
I've had breakfast and eaten several nights at Seen, the restaurant on the last floor which gives you a privileged view of São Paulo. Everything was delicious - but the must-haves are the sushi and the truffled pasta with wagyu beef.
On the ground floor, there are great cocktails and live music, it's an intimate cool place to start your night.
To top it off the service is excellent, and all the staff was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are great. I love the swimming pool area and the breakfast located on the top floor. It’s furnished w mid century style. Although, the food is not good, take a valium before using the elevators, takes forever and the staff also use them. The gym is tiny, always full and thw machines old. There is a lot to improve but in general it’s a good hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here on a five day business trip and stayed in a suite.
Upon arrival we had a miscommunication which appeared from the hotels side. Having said that the staff sorted the issue in less than two hours. After that my five days stay went smooth and well.
Staff is very profesional and met my expectations.
Room was clean and in good shape.
Enough working space and USB outlets.
Breakfast was descent.
Looking forward to return on my next trip in September.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a frequent guest at this lovely hotel. Always treated well by the staff. I had mentioned that my wife would be staying with me on my next trip and that it was going to be her birthday on the day of her arrival. A week later when we arrived, I found I was upgraded to a beautiful suite, with a small birthday cake and champagne waiting in the room for us. A birthday card wishing us a happy birthday from Ms Luna Leal from guest relations was left next to the Cake. What attention to detail from the staff of this wonderful property! I highly recommend a stay here!
