★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já são 27 horas sem Internet e não resolvem nada. Já liguei 7 vezes e só dizem que está na rota. Enquanto isso, ficamos sem aula on line, sem sair de casa esperando o técnico... e hj tenho uma confraternização com amigos onde a internet será essencial. Eles nao se importam e não resolvem o problema. Péssimo atendimento. Absurdo.
 It's been 27 hours without Internet and it doesn't solve anything. I've called 7 times and they just say it's on route. In the meantime, we don't have any online classes, we don't have to leave the house waiting for the coach... and today I have a get-together with friends where the internet will be essential. They don't care and don't solve the problem. Terrible attendance. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando a Provedora era a Wire Link, era ótima, a gente nem lembrava quando o sinal caia, tão raro…agora, como tix telecom para ser ruim tem que melhorar muito…a gente não passa uma semana inteira sem ter que ligar para lá para restabelecer o sinal caído…não recomendo?
When the Provider was Wire Link, it was great, we didn't even remember when the signal goes down, so rare… now, as tix telecom, to be bad, it has to improve a lot… we don't spend a whole week without having to call there to restore the downed signal…do not recommend?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, eu tentei contratar um plano de internet deles, me disseram que estava devendo um débito de 149 real que era débito de 3 anos para trás que até paguei numa boa.
Eles fala que tem 400 mega depois fala que só tem 300 mega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um provedor que deixa muito a desejar. A internet não chega a ser lenta, mas é muito oscilante. Num plano de 50 mega, mesmo com poucos dispositivos fica no máximo por volta dos 45 mbps (na melhor das hipóteses). Porque geralmente oscila de 20, 30 a 40 mbps. De fato, o upload é bom e normalmente nos testes fica acima do download. Entretanto, não entendo o porquê da velocidade não ficar estável, pois um plano de 50 mega é básico e ao oferecer planos que chegam aos 600 mega, pressupõe-se que velocidades menores não seriam um problema.
A empresa deveria oferecer um melhor atendimento ao cliente. Recentemente, a mesma deixou de enviar os carnês para seus clientes e passou a enviá-los somente de forma eletrônica, arbitrariamente e mesmo sem consentimento dos clientes, alegando querer preservar o meio-ambiente. Claramente, essa prática é abusiva. As outras maiores concorrentes da TIX Telecom enviam as cobranças para seus clientes e, geralmente, não apenas os boletos em um carnê, mas também a fatura detalhada todos os meses e sendo optativo o envio digital e não compulsório.
Portanto, a TIX Telecom não é uma operadora de internet ruim, mas tem muito o que melhorar. Devido esses problemas, seria interessante considerar outras opções ao escolher um provedor.
A provider that leaves a lot to be desired. The internet is not slow, but it is very fluctuating. In a 50 mega plan, even with a few devices it is at most around 45 mbps (at best). Because it usually ranges from 20, 30 to 40 mbps. In fact, the upload is good and usually in tests it is above the download. However, I don't understand why the speed is not stable, as a 50 mega plan is basic and when offering plans that reach 600 mega, it is assumed that lower speeds would not be a problem.
The company should offer better customer service. Recently, it stopped sending the booklets to its customers and started sending them only electronically, arbitrarily and even without the consent of the customers, claiming to want to preserve the environment. Clearly, this practice is abusive. The other biggest competitors of TIX Telecom send the charges to their customers and, generally, not only the slips in a payment slip, but also the detailed bill every month and digital sending is optional and not compulsory.
Therefore, TIX Telecom is not a bad internet operator, but it has a lot to improve. Because of these issues, you might want to consider other options when choosing a provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima provedora de Internet. Entrega o que cumpre, com preço justo, ótimo time de atendimento, tive assistência técnica ate em um domingo a tarde. Sempre indico a amigos e familiares a trocarem pela TIX.
Só não avalio com 5 estrelas, pois a mesma na hora de instalar é rapidinho, até no mesmo dia... agora, quando se trata de reinstalação na mudança de endereço, eles deixam pro último minuto do prazo que é o mesmo da instalação, 3 dias úteis.
Com certeza eles priorizam os novos assinantes pois eles podem cancelar em até 7 dias sem pagar multa contratual. Assim foi minha experiência no protocolo 1387212.
Great Internet provider. It delivers what it does, with a fair price, great service team, I had technical assistance even on a Sunday afternoon. I always recommend to friends and family to switch to TIX.
I just don't rate it with 5 stars, because when it's time to install it is quick, even on the same day... now, when it comes to reinstallation in the change of address, they leave it to the last minute of the deadline, which is the same as the installation period, 3 business days.
They certainly prioritize new subscribers as they can cancel within 7 days without paying a contractual penalty. So was my experience in protocol 1387212.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei os serviços dessa empresa no dia 08/10/2021 o técnico ao ir no local constatou sem nem olhar a caixa de distribuicão que a mesma não comportaria uma nova ligação e assim cancelou minha demanda sem nem ao menos me dar um retorno. Sendo assim fiquei quase duas semanas sem internet, a espera de uma empresa sem comprometimento e com sistema falho, aja vista que deveria constar em seu banco de dados todas as informações pertinentes as suas caixas de distribuicão. A avaliarei de forma ruim no reclame aqui e também na avaliação da ANATEL.
I requested the services of this company on 10/08/2021 the technician, when going to the location, found without even looking at the distribution box that it would not support a new call and thus canceled my demand without even giving me a return. So I spent almost two weeks without internet, waiting for a company without commitment and with a faulty system, since it should have all the information relevant to its distribution boxes in its database. I will evaluate it poorly in the claim here and also in ANATEL's evaluation.
