Há dias estou com problemas e ainda duvidam quando eu reclamo. Dizem que vão ajustar, nada é feito. Não lembro a última vez que consegui assistir um vídeo no YouTube sem travar, detalhe que não coloco na melhor qualidade. Além de pagar você tem que se humilhar pra que eles lhe atendam. Pq se fazem completamente de desentendidos. Não recomendo. Fiquem de olho!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet muito ruim cai toda hora não da a quantidade de megas pedido, o atendimento é ótimo mas ela é muito lenta, não recomendo, se você tem uma casa dúplex ela so pega um cômodo, alcance horrível, jogos de celular vídeo game computador muito lento não peça essa internet você vai se arrepender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem tá falando mal é bobão, porque há anos estou com a FX Telecom (até antes quando era Suprinet) e jamais me deixou na mão seja no trabalho, calls, assistindo vídeos, jogando... Pago 100Mbps por só 80 reais (79,90) e é veloz que é uma beleza...
Pode ver que no print eles entregam mais do que o estipulado por lei que é 80% (o que seria 80Mbps), diferente de outras por aí. Isso porque na foto eu tô usando o Wifi de um notebook de quase 10 anos atrás!
Raramente, 1 vez a cada 3 meses a internet cai, mas volta rapidamente em cerca de uns 5min... mesmo em dia de chuva
Ponto de melhoria é que o modem que eles dão poderia melhorar a questão do alcance, mas pega bem até uns 20 metros e tem dois Wifi: o 2.4ghz e o 5.0ghz.
Não troco por outra.
