Bom hoje fiz meu primeiro pedido, era 22:55 fui receber as 01:30 da manhã, isso mesmo 2h e meia para receber o pedido, e quando finalmente eu recebi, QUE DECEPÇÃO, não recebi minha coca e as esfiha são de qualidades TÃO PÉSSIMAS, A esfiha de queijo sem queijo, conhece? A de carne estava com uma cor horrível, a carne estava pálida e com cheiro ruim, adivinhem o que fiz? Joguei fora. Não tem coisa pior do que gastar dinheiro com comida Ruim. Fora que eles não tem compromisso nenhum com o cliente, nenhum mesmo. Guarde seu bendito dinheiro e compre em qualquer outro lugar!

Besides, they have no commitment to the customer, none at all. Save your blessed money and buy anywhere else!

Fiz meu pedido hoje e já está com DUAS HORAS de atraso. A desculpa é a alta demanda e que o moroqueiro está rodando todo esse tempo com o pedido que chegará frio na melhor das hipóteses.
Só nesse período já liguei mais de três vezes querendo uma posição ou uma justificativa, mas só encotramos uma recepcionista incompetente que não tem domínio da demanda de pedidos, não sabe resolver problemas e ainda deixa os clientes pendurados no telefone aguardando resposta.
Um lugar desse nem deveria estar funcionando. Cliente não tem responsabilidade e não tem culpa da falta de profissionalismo, falta consideração e respeito com quem é a razão de estarem funcionado ainda. Não tem a decência de informar que não estão dando conta e liberar para o cliente fazer o pedido em outro lugar, só querem ganhar dinheiro.
Já são 00:00 o pedido não chegou e não dá para pedir em lugar benhum mais, dá próxima vou pedir um fia antes para ver se chega na hora.
No que depender de mim, não indico e faço questão de falar desse descaso para quem eu puder.

In this period alone, I have called more than three times, wanting a position or justification, but we only found an incompetent receptionist who does not know how to handle orders, does not know how to solve problems and still leaves customers hanging on the phone waiting for an answer.
A place like this shouldn't even be working. The client has no responsibility and is not to blame for the lack of professionalism, lack of consideration and respect for who is the reason they are still working. They don't have the decency to inform them that they're not working and allow the customer to place the order elsewhere, they just want to earn money.
It's already 00:00 the order hasn't arrived and you can't order anywhere else, next time I'll order a fia first to see if it arrives on time.
As far as it's up to me, I don't indicate and I insist on talking about this neglect to whoever I can.
