★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Hoje, 05/01/2022, minha internet de 200MB simplesmente parou e não consigo falar com atendente nem no Whatsapp nem no telefone fixo, onde fico em fila de espera e quando é minha vez de ser atendido, a ligação simplesmente caí. Um descaso.
 Terrible service. Today, 01/05/2022, my 200MB internet just stopped and I can't talk to the attendant either on Whatsapp or on the landline, where I'm in a queue and when it's my turn to be answered, the call just dropped. A neglect.

Great internet, great speed, doesn't fluctuate! Very rare the signal drops. I've been a customer for at least 5 years. At first I even had some setbacks, but today I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim ! Como não temos opções no Riacho temos que depender dessa empresa. Eles atendem a gente como bem querem.
Tem perguntas específicas no whatsapp. Vc manda seus dados , aí o atendente pega e você tem que falar tudo novamente. E depois que o atendente pega o chamado ele não responde na hora!
E no final, a mesma coisa "estão trocando postes na região". Realmente lamentável!
Too bad ! As we don't have options in Riacho, we have to depend on this company. They serve us as they please.
Have specific questions on whatsapp. You send your data, then the attendant takes it and you have to say everything again. And after the attendant takes the call he doesn't respond right away!
And in the end, the same thing "are changing poles in the region". Really pitiful!

Se precisar de suporte na madrugada, só tem uma atendente, isso não é uma empresa, séria ainda mais pelos valores exorbitantes… NÃO CAIA NESSA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente não recomendo! Aconselho a não contratar quem tem que trabalhar ou jogar com essa internet.
Para trabalhar: vc não consegue fazer uma ligação via VoIP, vídeo chamada horrível, VPN cai a todo momento.
Para jogar: vc não consegue realizar Streaming, você não consegue jogar jogos online (você terá constantes falhas de rede e desconexão). E se for jogar Streaming de jogos, tipo xclound ou geforcenow, segue o meu conselho e corra!
Quando contratei a TJ, estava tudo correndo super bem, até ter uma falha em uma concentradora deles, que causavam falhas em perca de pacotes.
A novela começou aí, ao solicitar o primeiro atendimento, demorou mais de 22 horas para o atendente só me solicitar para reiniciar o modem...
Então fui atrás da Anatel e os mesmo não são encontrados, tive que ir no PROCON, e após o PROCON acionar os mesmo, começaram o atendimento sério no meu caso. A solução veio após 3 dias com uma falha na concentradora.
Passado 6 meses o problema voltou a persistir e o descaso da TJ e do contato Ana Paula gerente de atendimento ao me passar que: "Referente a foto encaminhada podemos identificar que ocorreu perda de pings para o Google( que está dentro do padrão). O que significaria um problema seria perder uma "Rajada e a internet oscilar"." Palavras da Ana Paula.... Vejo que a mesma está me chamando de ignorante, pois não é normal ter falhas constantes em todas as ferramentas de troubleshooting de rede. Por fim, estou sem atendimento, sendo levado como piada dentro da TJ, e o pacote que pago de 500mb sem poder utilizar. Novamente abri PROCON para tentar um atendimento e talvez passar a solução para o NOC deles, que tbm tem o mesmo vício de padrão em atendimento. Meu problema começou na data de 17/03/2022. Eu vou atualizando por aqui, até ter uma solução...
I just don't recommend it! I advise you not to hire anyone who has to work or play with this internet.
To work: you can't make a call via VoIP, horrible video call, VPN drops all the time.
To play: you can't Stream, you can't play online games (you will have constant network failures and disconnection). And if you're going to play Streaming games, like xclound or geforcenow, follow my advice and run!
When I hired TJ, everything was going great, until I had a failure in one of their concentrators, which caused failures in packet loss.
The soap opera started there, when requesting the first service, it took more than 22 hours for the attendant to just ask me to restart the modem...
So I went after Anatel and they are not found, I had to go to PROCON, and after PROCON triggered the same, serious service began in my case. The solution came after 3 days with a concentrator failure.
After 6 months, the problem persisted again and the negligence of TJ and the contact Ana Paula, the service manager, told me that: "Regarding the photo sent, we can identify that there was a loss of pings to Google (which is within the standard). that would mean a problem would be to miss a "Burst and the internet oscillates". Ana Paula's words.... I see that she is calling me ignorant, because it is not normal to have constant failures in all network troubleshooting tools. Finally, I am out of service, being taken as a joke within TJ, and the package I pay for is 500mb without being able to use it. Again I opened PROCON to try a service and maybe pass the solution to their NOC, which also has the same default service addiction. My problem started on the date of 03/17/2022. I'll update here until I have a solution...
