★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como consumidor estou extremamente indignado com a falta de profissionalismo deles onde eu necessitava da rede em questão de emergência, onde fui enrolado por 1 semana para no final não ser instalado. Foi me prometido a extensão da rede pois na minha residência não chegava a Fibra. Provavelmente não se deram ao trabalho de ampliar e inventaram uma uma desculpa que não condiz com o que foi prometido. Prezo muito pelo caráter que é essencial na qualidade do produto. Se não quiserem dor de cabeça não façam planos com esse povo, pq nem de empresa isso pode se chamar.
As a consumer I am extremely indignant at their lack of professionalism where I needed the network in an emergency, where I was rolled for 1 week so that in the end it would not be installed. I was promised the extension of the network because Fibra did not reach my residence. They probably did not bother to expand and devised an excuse that does not match what was promised. I really appreciate the character that is essential in the quality of the product. If you do not want a headache do not make plans with these people, because not even a company this can be called.
