★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não caiam nessa .. acabaram de vir em casa num horário que nem marcado foi,
fizeram um serviço muito porco deixaram meu sofá encharcado e pior assim que fui passar um pano pra secar e ver se realmente estava limpo o pano saiu muito sujo como se nada estivesse feito .
Nunca mais . Eu troco tudo ,espuma , tecido , taco fogo no sofá se for preciso mas não peço mais esse tipo de serviço inútil.
Pena que não tem como postar fotos aqui.
Isso pq ainda perguntei se tinha garantia, é o cara na maior cara de pau disse que sim.
Chamei outra empresa e disseram que essas foi muito fdp . Fode né

Never . I change everything, foam, fabric, put a fire on the sofa if necessary, but I no longer ask for this kind of useless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vieram, limparam o sofá, queimaram o filtro de linha da aparelhagem toda da sala (tv, dvd, conversor da NET, videogame) e simplesmente tiraram da tomada como se não fossemos perceber. Até que eu percebesse o que havia ocorrido fiquei desesperada achando que a parte elétrica da sala havia queimado. Falta de caráter e má fé da empresa, representada aqui por seus funcionários. Nem se for a última empresa do mercado não chamo pra mais nada. Primeira e última vez.
Quanto à resposta dada hoje ao meu comentário (11/12/2018) além da falta atenção ao que foi escrito denotando uma seríssima falha na interpretacao do comentario, há também o endosso à falta de carater dos funcionários que esconderam o fato ocorrido. Se valesse a pena debater com vocês o faria mas a falta de carater e descontrole da atendente no dia do fato só evidenciam o despreparo da empresa para execução de servicos e na tratativa com o cliente. Qualifiquem os funcionários para não causarem inconvenientes como esses a quem sustenta a empresa de vocês aberta: o cliente!

If it was worth debating with you, it would do so, but the lack of character and lack of control of the attendant on the day of the event only show the company's unpreparedness to perform services and deal with the client. Qualify employees so as not to cause inconveniences like these to those who support your open company: the customer!
