Comprei um produto na magazine luiza, ao realizarem a entrega, mentiram informando que não encontraram o endereço, sendo que estiveram no endereço e não tiveram a boa vontade de esperar alguns minutos a pessoa chegar para receber o produto.
O atendimento é péssimo, não nos passam as informações corretas; você liga num dia eles dizem que vão liberar o produto para entrega, no outro o produto já foi devolvido para o fornecedor.
E fizeram apenas uma tentativa de entrega.
Total falta de respeito ao consumidor.
It is an extremely disorganized company.
I bought a product at luiza magazine, when they delivered, they lied saying that they did not find the address, since they were at the address and did not have the good will to wait a few minutes for the person to arrive to receive the product.
The service is terrible, they don't give us the correct information; you call one day they say they will release the product for delivery, the next day the product has already been returned to the supplier.
And they made only one attempt at delivery.
Total lack of respect for the consumer.

Compramos um ar-condicionado na Americanas, o rapaz do caminhão veio entregar e pediu para a secretária assinar a nota falando que já voltava com a mercadoria. Sumiu e até hoje não voltou. NÃO RECEBEMOS A MERCADORIA e consta no site que foi entregue. Estamos tentando contato a dias e eles não atendem. GOLPE.
Worst carrier on the market. We bought an air conditioning at Americanas, the guy from the truck came to deliver it and asked the secretary to sign the note saying that he was already back with the goods. He disappeared and has not returned to this day. WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE MERCHANDISE and it appears on the website that it was delivered. We've been trying to contact them for days and they don't answer. BLOW
