★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei tirar um duvida, foi a Deise que me atendeu da TNG que fica dentro do shopping Plaza de Osasco, e fui super bem atendida, ela foi super atenciosa e educada, ao contrario do atendimento da loja localizada dentro do shopping União de Osasco, que fui super mal atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, entrei na loja para ver uma peça da vitrine e fomos praticamente expulsos da loja, atendente grosseiro e mal educado. Devia estar bravo pq era véspera da ano novo, mas ai não é nossa culpa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe atual foi bem simpática comigo e minha noiva, tanto no atendimento quanto no caixa, a loja é uma marca que se vende sozinha e não preciso falar. Ultimamente venho comprando bastante tanto nesta loja quanto na do shopping de Osasco, mas, particularmente o atendimento do Continental é muito melhor. Preço justo e qualidade dos produtos, variedades de tamanhos, super indico a loja do Continental, já a de Osasco depende de quem te atende, se é que atende, porque já entrei uma 2 vezes lá, olhei a loja toda e ninguém apareceu para dar uma atenção, detalhe, a loja estava vazia... repetindo... A loja do Continental eu indico.

Encostei na arara quando fui surpreendida aos gritos por um colaborador branco de barba da loja falando pra não encostar na vitrine .
Com uma galera olhando como se eu estivesse roubando, me senti tão mal que n discutir só queria sair correndo e óbvio não comprei .
Despreparo total na abordagem e no atendimento ao cliente .
Terrible, I just entered the store because I saw a piece in the window and was interested to buy.
I leaned against the macaw when I was surprised to scream by a white-bearded shop associate telling me not to touch the window.
With a crowd looking as if I was stealing, I felt so bad that I just wanted to run away and obviously didn't buy it.
Total unpreparedness in approach and customer service.
