★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora. A encomenda já está na cidade há mais de cinco dias e não é entregue. O telefone não atende e o atendimento por chat é ineficiente. Mesmo estando na cidade, exigem uma série de burocracias para retirada na filial (já que não fazem a entrega). Precisa-se de uma solicitação do remetente com o nome de quem retirará a carga, o que é totalmente desnecessário, pois sou o destinatário titular. Serviço engessado, burocrático, ultrapassado e ineficiente.
Bad carrier. The order has been in the city for more than five days and is not delivered. The phone does not answer and the chat service is inefficient. Even being in the city, they demand a series of bureaucracies to pick up at the branch (since they do not deliver). We need a request from the sender with the name of who will collect the cargo, which is totally unnecessary, as I am the recipient. Plastered, bureaucratic, outdated and inefficient service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minhas experiências com essa transportadora foram negativas, já deixei avisado ao remetente que não me envia nada por eles mais, no atendimento por telefone eles não atendem a gente direito, cada um fala uma coisa, não tem paciência com a gente, e no final também não tem solução nenhuma para nós. A impressão que eles nos passa é de desorganização e falta de respeito com os clientes.
Unfortunately, my experiences with this carrier were negative, I have already informed the sender that I do not send anything through them anymore, in the telephone service they do not answer us properly, each one says one thing, has no patience with us, and in the end there is no solution for us either. The impression they give us is of disorganization and lack of respect for customers.

Medo da minha mercadoria chegar com defeito devido a ficar no caminhão batendo de um lado pro outro até chegar na minha casa.
