Porém, o cliente quando chega no local se depara com uma espera bem acima do normal para ser atendido/a, pois, na maioria das vezes, só há um/a colaborador/a atendendo no balcão. Sugiro que a empresa melhore nesse quesito.

However, when the customer arrives at the site, he / she faces a much higher than normal wait to be served, since, in most cases, there is only one employee at the counter. I suggest that the company improve in this regard.

O problema do meu aparelho era a tela, levei a primeira vez e pedi pra eles instalarem a tela que eu tinha comprado pelo mercado livre, instalaram e a tela ficou boa, aí fui alertado sobre as dobradiças, que pra arrumar era 200 e pouco na época, não aceitei por falta de dinheiro. Fui usando o notebook com as dobradiças moles msm, depois de um tempo que as dobradiças estavam moles, a tela parou de funcionar de novo. Aí levei lá na loja e me falaram q pra arrumar a tela e as dobradiças ficaria 540 reais dessa vez, beleza, pedi pra fazerem o serviço e aí começaram os problemas. Ficaram 3 meses com meu notebook e não tiveram coragem de me dar um retorno pra falar como estava, tive q ficar ligando lá insistindo pra saber do notebook e nada deles darem uma resposta que preste, mesmo eu deixando claro que pagaria os 540. Enfim, depois de 3 meses e muita insistência da minha parte eles falaram que concertaram o notebook, levei pra casa e perbeci que tinha algo errado com a máquina(provavelmente trocaram a placa de vídeo) pq a qualidade de imagem tinha piorado drasticamente, liguei lá e falei do problema, fui tratado como idiota e só depois de reclamar muito me falaram q iriam concertar. Concertaram e o notebook estava funcionando normalmente, depois de duas semanas ou menos o notebook parou de ligar de novo. Liguei lá e falaram pra eu levar de novo o notebook que iriam arrumar sem eu precisar pagar e que até prolongariam a garantia. Não sei oq aconteceu, mas o papo do responsável pela loja (Douglas) mudou muito, veio falando de placa mãe, que tava com problema e que era melhor eu comprar outra, sendo que na garantia não tinha nada falando de concerto de placa mãe, ficaram falando em devolver o dinheiro investido (540) pq n conseguiram arrumar. Eu claramente peguei meus 540 e vou levar em outra loja pra arrumar. Resumindo, fiquei meses e meses sem usar o notebook pra agora devolverem ele sem funcionar. Pior loja de assistência técnica, o dono sempre com papinho amigável achando que todo mundo é bobo. Tempo e dinheiro jogados no lixo, loja 0% profissional. Não indico pra ninguem
Worst store I've ever brought a notebook. The problem with my device was the screen, I took it for the first time and I asked them to install the screen I had bought by the free market, installed and the screen was good, then I was warned about the hinges, which to fix was 200 and little on. At the time, I did not accept for lack of money. I was using the notebook with the soft hinges msm, after a while the hinges were soft, the screen stopped working again. Then I took them to the store and told me to fix the screen and the hinges would be 540 reais this time, okay, I asked to do the service and then the problems began. They stayed 3 months with my notebook and did not have the courage to give me a return to talk as it was, I had to call there insisting to know the notebook and none of them give an answer that provides, even though I made it clear that would pay the 540. Anyway, after 3 months and much insistence on my part they said they fixed the notebook, I took it home and I realized that something was wrong with the machine (probably changed the video card) because the image quality had drastically deteriorated, I called there and said I was treated like an idiot and only after complaining a lot they told me they were going to fix it. They agreed and the notebook was working normally, after two weeks or less the notebook stopped turning on again. I called there and told me to take back the notebook that they would pack without me having to pay and would even extend the warranty. I do not know what happened, but the talk of the head of the store (Douglas) has changed a lot, came talking about motherboard, which was in trouble and I had better buy another, and in the warranty there was nothing talking about motherboard concert, They talked about repaying the money they invested (540) because they couldn't make it. I clearly got my 540 and I'll take it to another store to pack. In short, I spent months and months without using the notebook to now return it without working. Worst service shop, the owner always with friendly chat, thinking everyone is silly. Time and money thrown in the trash, 0% professional shop. I don't tell anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPERIÊNCIA PÉSSIMA! Você paga 60 reais em um carregador e eles te dão uma etiqueta que diz que tem 3 meses de garantia da loja! Aí esse produto de péssima qualidade que eles vendem dizendo ser “original” da Anatel com 1 mês de uso para de pegar e quando você volta lá eles dizem que tinha apenas 7 dias pra fazer a troca e que colocam 3 meses na etiqueta porque não tem como marcar 7 dias! São desonestos, fujam dessa loja!
