★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa é um lixo. Paguei caro na encomenda, eles mudaram o endereço do meu cadastro, a encomenda ficou parada, é na hora da entrega, deixaram por último. Sem contar q o atendimento é péssimo. Pensa bem antes de contratar essa empresa..
This company is garbage. I paid dearly for the order, they changed the address of my registration, the order was stopped, it's time for delivery, they left it last. Not to mention that the service is terrible. Think carefully before hiring this company ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma ótima recepção de Palmas para Araguaína no dia 25/01/2021 as 22h para Araguaína, porem, no dia 01/02/2021 no embarque das 23h, obtive uma recepção grosseira e ríspida, as duas passagens que comprei foram de leito. Diferente do embarque de Palmas, em Araguaína não fui bem recepcionada, não havia nas poltronas o travesseiro e a manta, e não foi informado a senha do Wi-Fi, nem oferecido o lanche. Fiquei extremamente ofendida e não pretendo obter mais o serviço da empresa.
I had a great reception from Palmas to Araguaína on 25/01/2021 at 22h to Araguaína, however, on 02/01/2021 on boarding 11pm, I got a rough and harsh reception, the two tickets I bought were bed. Unlike Palmas boarding, in Araguaína I was not well received, there was no pillow and blanket in the armchairs, and the Wi-Fi password was not provided, nor was there a snack. I was extremely offended and I don't intend to get the company's service anymore.
