★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra na loja, fui mal acessorado o vendedor não conhecia o aplicativo da Wine, queria pegar as garrafas na hora e o vendedor não explicou que estava logado em outra loja.
Cancelei o pedido que paguei por pix no dia 22.09.21, e apenas hoje 04 Outubro 21 recebi o e-mail da solicitação de cancelamento, que levará até 7 dias úteis para cair na conta.
Um absurdo a demora para devolver a quantia que caiu na mesma hora, além de descaso pedir o cancelamento 12 dias depois, descaso mesmo porque o vendedor disse que receberia o dinheiro na semana seguinte. Não basta ter bons vinhos se não tem bom atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço muito bom pra conhecer os vinhos e Tb efetuar a retirada da compra da Internet. Sempre tem algum sommelier a disposição para tirar dúvidas sobre os vinhos. A boa é comprar com os descontos pelo app/clube wine e retirar na loja pois os preços ficam mais em conta do q os preços do encarte no local.
