★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei uma estrela pq acho q não tinha como fazer um comentário dessa loja pois hj dia 07/02 fui até a loja pois tinha comprado um relógio pra minha mulher e ele ficou preto mesmo eu levando a garantia o pessoal da loja ainda teve a coragem de falar q eu não tinha comprado com eles mas em fim o preço e o de menos o q mim deixou chateado foi a forma q fui tratado pois o relógio estava na garantia eu acho q a vendedora ou o vendedor na hora q está fazendo a vendo tem q deixar bem claro como funciona a garantia pois se depender de mim essa loja fecha essa loja e a do shopping campo limpo e o relógio e da marca condor N E W o q eu comprei pra minha mulher era muito bonito mas sem qualidade

Localizada no shopping, o que dá mais segurança pra comprar, contando com estacionamento e estabelecimento que segue o protocolo de distanciamento preconizado... fui avisada da chegada da jóia que encomendei, eles foram fofos em antecipar a entrega, por motivo de viagem previamente programada. Decepcionada com as peças que comprei.
Pedi para arrumar no tamanho por duas vezes e nas duas vezes continuaram erradas.
Sem contar que a indisposição da atendente no atendimento é um absurdo parece que não quer vender.
Infelizmente perdeu uma cliente.
Se eu colocar aqui todas as decepções que tive no atendimento e na solução dos problemas que tive com a loja eu mesma diria que é mentira pois diante de todos estes stress ainda voltei para comprar mais. Foi onde quebrei de novo a cara.
Mas não volto nunca mais.
