Entrei em contato por whatsapp pedindo um orçamento e informaram que o vendedor entraria em contato, mandei meu endereço. 15 dias depois, nada do vendedor entrar em contato, eu mando uma mensagem no whatsapp deles e sou informado que não atendem na minha região. Pq não me disseram isso 15 dias atrás? 20 dias depois me liga o vendedor pra marcar pra fazer orçamento. É muita desorganização
Quality awning, my family has always made awnings with them, but poor sales service. I contacted by whatsapp asking for a quote and informed that the seller would contact me, I sent my address. 15 days later, nothing from the seller to contact me, I send a message on their whatsapp and I am informed that they do not answer in my region. Why didn't you tell me that 15 days ago? 20 days later the salesman calls me to make an appointment. It's a lot of disorganization

Fomos muito bem atendidos e o senhor que veio fazer as medida teve todo cuidado tendo no nosso apartamento, uma das janelas com uma complicação por causa de uma saída de gás. Todas as janelas, inclusive essa, receberam toldo, lindos, elegantes, de ótima qualidade, com preço muito bom. Tanto a pessoa que veio apresentar os produtos, medir como as que instalaram foram todas atenciosas, competentes, cuidadosas em relação ao coronavirus, eficientes, tínhamos também redes de proteção nas janelas e o condomínio é exigente, também ficou satisfeito. A empresa atendeu com muito profissionalismo, passei por perda de um parente e passei mal. Mesmo com o produto pronto muito rápido, esperaram eu melhorar para instalar. Agradeço a compreensão e o trabalho perfeito. Estamos felizes, muito satisfeitos com privacidade, ficou lindo, casa fresca e sem sol batendo no horário que não desejamos, mas com possibilidade de recolher os toldos facilmente e aproveitar o sol também quando desejamos. We were very well attended and the gentleman who came to take the measurements was very careful, taking care of one of the windows in our apartment because of a gas outlet. All the windows, including this one, received awning, beautiful, elegant, of great quality, with a very good price. Both the person who came to present the products, measure it, and those who installed it were all thoughtful, competent, careful about coronavirus, efficient, we also had protection nets on the windows and the condominium is demanding, they were also satisfied. The company attended with a lot of professionalism, I went through the loss of a relative and I got sick. Even with the product ready very quickly, they waited for me to improve before installing it. Thank you for your understanding and perfect work. We are happy, very satisfied with the privacy, it was beautiful, the house was cool and the sun was out when we didn't want it, but with the possibility to easily fold the awnings and enjoy the sun when we wanted to.
