Minha primeira experiĂȘncia com "Tonhinho Pneus" ,foi em 2018.Naquela ocasiĂŁo fui muito bem atendida. O gerente naquele ano se chamava Alexandre,e praticamente me deu uma consultoria sobre pneus,alĂ©m de cobrir todos os orçamentos que eu apresentei .
Agora,depois de 4 anos,rodando 200 km todos os dias,voltei lĂĄ pra fazer a troca.
Devo dizer que :
Vale cada centavo adquirir um produto original..No caso, comprei Pneus Michelin.Custo benefĂcio imbatĂvel, durabilidade,estabilidade do automĂłvel,resposta de frenagem fantĂĄstica!!! E um item que fez toda diferença na durabilidade do pneu : NITROGĂNIO!!!!!?Isso mesmo !!! A calibragem feita com esse gĂĄs,confere ao pneu resistĂȘncia ao atrito...Pneu durando muito maisssssss!!!!????
Falando do atendimento: loja respeitando aos parùmetros de segurança contra covid; agendando horårios evitando aglomeração em sala de espera.Outro aspecto que chamou minha atenção, foi o respeito e cuidado com que fui atendida.Não me senti constrangida em ser uma garota,admirando meus lindos e novos Pneus!

My first experience with "Tonhinho Pneus" was in 2018. On that occasion I was very well attended. The manager that year was called Alexandre, and he practically gave me a consultancy on tires, in addition to covering all the budgets I presented.
Now, after 4 years, traveling 200 km every day, I went back there to make the change.
I must say that:
It's worth every penny to buy an original product. In this case, I bought Michelin Tires. Unbeatable cost-benefit, durability, stability of the car, fantastic braking response!!! And an item that made all the difference in the tire's durability: NITROGEN!!!!!?That's right!!! The calibration made with this gas, gives the tire resistance to friction... Tire lasting much moresssssss!!!!????
Speaking of service: store respecting security parameters against covid; scheduling times avoiding crowding in the waiting room. Another aspect that caught my attention was the respect and care with which I was served. I didn't feel embarrassed about being a girl, admiring my beautiful new tires!

I was sure surprised with an excellent service and professionalism from people who know what they are doing. With new 3D alignment devices. And I saw a lot of honesty and fair and even negotiable prices according to your payment method. And finally, I recommend it for those looking for confidence and precision in what they are looking for for their vehicle.
