★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saí deste salão com a auto-estima baixíssima. Levei uma referência que não foi seguida. Tanto a atendente, quanto o próprio e cabeleireiro (e dono do salão) pressupuseram que eu gostaria de fazer uma coisa totalmente diferente do que levei em foto. Saí parecendo um yorkshire. Quando saí do salão vi que todas as clientes estavam com o cabelo igual, ou seja, este senhor só sabe fazer um tipo de trabalho quando o assunto é coloração. Voltei no dia seguinte para refazer e fui completamente esculachada por este homem. Ele disse coisas horríveis sobre o meu cabelo, sendo que ele é o cabeleireiro e estava com o meu cabelo em mãos no dia anterior. Não volto mais. R$400 reais realmente jogados nos lixo Você pede uma coisa e sai com o cabelo do jeito que o cabeleireiro quer, pq não sabe fazer outra coisa além daquilo.
 I left this salon with very low self-esteem. I took a reference that wasn't followed. Both the attendant and the hairdresser himself (and the salon owner) assumed that I would like to do something totally different from what I took in the photo. I came out looking like a yorkshire. When I left the salon I saw that all the clients had the same hair, that is, this gentleman only knows how to do one type of work when it comes to coloring. I came back the next day to redo and was completely bullied by this man. He said horrible things about my hair since he's the hairdresser and had my hair in hand the day before. I'm not coming back. R$400 reais actually thrown in the trash You ask for one thing and leave with your hair the way the hairdresser wants it, because you don't know how to do anything else besides that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salão estava LOTADO! Acredito que poderiam ter um maior controle da quantidade de clientes devido ainda estarmos vivenciando tempos de pandemia. Os preços pelos procedimentos são justos comparados à Peluqueria, por exemplo, mas acima da média comparado a cabeleireiros locais, de bairro, etc. Acredito que o proprietário deveria dar mais atenção aos clientes, notei que delega-se muito e o cabeleireiro principal (que faz jus ao nome do estabelecimento) só atua em pequenos em alguns momentos e rapidamente, sempre com pressa, todo o resto é feito por sua equipe. Senti falta dessa atenção e atendimento mais personalizado.
The hall was PACKED! I believe they could have greater control over the number of customers because we are still experiencing pandemic times. The prices for the procedures are fair compared to Peluqueria, for example, but above average compared to local hairdressers, neighborhood hairdressers, etc. I believe that the owner should pay more attention to the customers, I noticed that there is a lot of delegation and the main hairdresser (which lives up to the name of the establishment) only works in small at times and quickly, always in a hurry, everything else is done by your team. I missed that attention and more personalized service.

Best salon in Guarulhos. Thiago is incredible in the work he does and in dealing with people. I loved the assistant Leticia. A loving person and very capricious. I will come back more often, for sure.
