I feel terrible not for the attendants but for the owner who thinks he is a God who can do and says what he wants to people including employees and people on the street.

Cool but you gotta be smart about asking for the owner. Sometimes he can be on your side and nobody tells you it's him or because he doesn't want to be identified or because the people here don't like to give information but like to take care of other people's lives.
