Precisei ligar lá para perguntar sobre um parafuso, o cara que atendeu estava com muita má vontade, não quis ajudar e ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara. Que pena que uma casa tão tradicional em Pinheiros tenha gente trabalhando com essa má vontade. Se precisarem, tentem ir pessoalmente, por telefone a experiencia é péssima.
 I've been there personally and I was well attended. I had to call there to ask about a screw, the guy who answered it was very badly, didn't want to help and even hung up on me. What a pity that such a traditional house in Pinheiros has people working with such ill will. If you need to, try to go in person, by phone the experience is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. O funcionário acha que o clientes tem obrigacao de conhecer parafusos, da informações erradas sobre a utilização destes e não aceita venda no cartao de pequenos valores.
Recomendo procurar outra loja proxima se tiver esta opção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse lugar cumpre o que promete: vende parafusos. E o faz com propriedade e sem frescura. Você não vai encontrar um atendente bajulador nem alguém muito feliz com a sua presença ali (se estiver a procura disso tente o starbucks mais próximo) sempre que precisei desses caras pude contar: cheguei várias vezes lá com a necessidade de alguns parafusos bem específicos e o doutor olhou o modelo na minha mão, entrou nos fundilhos da loja e voltou com o mesmo modelo ou algum outro que também serviria. Nunca falhou.
This place does what it promises: it sells screws. And it does it properly and without frills. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ olá!eu pasei neste recinto as 17:04 minutos, no dia 19/11/2020.no qual o atendente mi informou q já estáva fechado por causa do famoso coronavirus, acho isso um absurdo, porém ele mi informou si eu não precisase de nota ele mi venderia .é por essa e por outras q o brasil esta na lama ,lixo.
