★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone péssimo! Atendente mal educada, quando perguntei pra ela qual era o cardápio do dia, ela disse só um momento, e "tentou" tampar o telefone, mas não tampou direito e eu ouvi, ela reclamar: "Nossa eu tenho uma raiva quando o cliente pergunta o que tem hoje."
Tinha recebido indicação do lugar, e perderam um cliente. Decepcionante. Quando ela voltou a ligação eu disse que não precisava mais já que ela estava com raiva. E desliguei. Decepcionante!!!!!!!!!
Phone service sucks! Poorly educated clerk, when I asked her what the day's menu was, she said only a moment, and "tried" to cover the phone, but it did not stop right and I heard her complaining: "Geez I got a rage when the customer asks what you have today. "
Had received indication of the place, and lost a client. Disappointing. When she returned the call I said I did not need anymore since she was angry. And I hung up. Disappointing !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar de Hortolandia. Os lanches são secos e a maionese oleosa. Deveriam chamar a vigilância sanitária, pois recebi ingridientes cheirando mal. A mulher que se diz a dona não tem educação alguma, desconfio inclusive que tenha algum distúrbio, pois é extremamente descontrolada ao tratar qualquer assunto, o que não aparenta ser normal. Enfim, por isso é tão mal avaliado no IFood, bem como aqui no Google! Uma dica: feche as portas e vá se cuidar, não adianta prestar um mal atendimento, mal produto e acabar com a sua sanidade mental!
Worst place in Hortolandia. The snacks are dry and the mayonnaise oily. They should call health surveillance, because I received bad smelling ingridients. The woman who claims to be the owner has no education at all, I even suspect she has a disorder, as she is extremely uncontrolled when dealing with any subject, which does not appear to be normal. Anyway, that's why it is so badly rated on IFood, as well as here on Google! A tip: close the doors and take care of yourself, there is no point in providing poor service, bad product and ending your sanity!

Porém, fui la essa semana e pedi um lanche que sempre peço, só que para viagem, e o pão veio diferente de todas outras vezes ..sendo q muito da graça desse lanche está no pão de brioche..
Acho que se estavam sem algum ingrediente tem q comunicar pois só fui ver isso em casa
A delight..one of the best Hortolandia snacks.
However, I went there this week and ordered a snack that I always ask for, only to go, and the bread came different from all other times .. being that much of the grace of this snack is in brioche bread ..
I think if they were without some ingredient have to communicate because I only went to see this at home
