Hoje fiz um pedido as 21:30 e chegou na minha residência as 23:23 FRIO, pastel mole como se estivesse frio a muito tempo alface murcha do hot dog, e eu pedi por WhatsApp que enviasse ketchup e não veio tbm !
Liguei no local e falei que o lanche tá sem condições o cara falou não sei oconteceu deveria ter entregado .... eu pedi pra falar com o primo dono do local pq pego lanche lá a muitos anos e o rapaz que atende falou pra eu esperar na linha até ele ter tempo pra atender na ironia !
EU NUNCA MAIS PEÇO LANCHE NESTE LOCAL !
Honestly, I'm a little disappointed with the service and the quality of the snacks!
Today I placed an order at 9:30 pm and it arrived at my residence at 11:23 pm COLD, soft pastel as if it had been cold for a long time, withered lettuce from the hot dog, and I asked by WhatsApp to send ketchup and it didn't come either!
I called the place and said that the snack is out of order, the guy said I don't know, it should have been delivered .... I asked to speak to the cousin who owned the place because I got a snack there for many years and the guy who attends told me to wait on the line until he has time to answer the irony!
I NEVER ORDER A SNACK IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo ifood. 1 x frango salada + batata + guarana pequeno. A parte pedi uma coca pequena. O pedido atrasou qse 1 hora, eu pedi p cancelar e não responderam. Paguei, pq o entregador falou que ficaria com o prejuízo, enfim. Fui comer, já sem vontade e sem fome. A batata estava fria e murcha, a coca quente e o guaraná nem veio. Pqp, péssimo lugar.
I placed an order for ifood. 1 x chicken salad + potato + small guarana. The party asked for a small coke. The request was delayed by 1 hour, I asked to cancel and they did not respond. I paid, because the delivery guy said he would take the loss, anyway. I went to eat, without feeling like it and without hunger. The potato was cold and wilted, the coca hot and the guarana didn't even come. Pqp, lousy place.
