Os caras te induzem a trocar peças que nem estavam incomodando mas que ali naquele momento fica parecendo que é de vida ou morte a troca. E ainda fizeram uma avaliação mequetrefe no alinhamento tentando fazer mais serviços desnecessários , mas eu não havia dito que era alinhador e sabia usar aquela máquina e que vi na hora que ou não foi feito certo ou o cara não sabia o que estava fazendo , gerando um laudo falso.

Enfim..ótimo atendimento desde o primeiro contato com Lucimara(Whatsapp), Ana Carolina, Geise e toda equipe da loja.
I scheduled the tire change by Whatsapp and when I arrived I was promptly attended... something came up beyond what was agreed but I understood due to the verification and explanation of the importance of replacement.
Anyway..great service from the first contact with Lucimara (Whatsapp), Ana Carolina, Geise and the entire store team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possuem um bom valor. Tem local de espera com café (tava tipo uma sobremesa de doce, mas ainda era café kk). Fizeram a troca dos pneus, explicaram a necessidade do balanceamento após a troca. Tudo ficou aparentemente bem feito no meu carro. Geise me atendeu pós venda e foi atenciosa.
They have good value. There is a waiting area with coffee (it was like a sweet dessert, but it was still coffee lol). They changed the tires, explained the need for balancing after the change. Everything was apparently well done in my car. Geise attended to me after sales and was attentive.

A primeira foi com a troca de pneus, fiz os 4, me colocaram marca que não pedi até que briguei e colocaram outra aceitável... agora com 33mil rodados aparece um murchando e pra minha sorte.. ele já tinha sido reparado com macarrão! Nunca fiz borracharia nesses 4, surpresa pra levar de volta? A segunda vez foi com troca de suspensão... que resumindo não precisava ter feito pois o problema era o eixo traseiro trincado, algo que não foi visto de imediato e só foi passado a frente pra resolver o barulho que também não era frontal... enfim! Dei 2 chances pra essa loja.... se quiserem tentar a sorte. Eu nunca mais e farei o favor de repassar esse relato a quem perguntar!!! Loja desonesta!
AVOID!!! I am the owner of virtus with cracked axle. The first one was with the tire change, I did all 4, they put me a brand that I didn't ask for until I fought and they put another acceptable one... now with 33,000 wheels, one appears withering and luckily for me... it had already been repaired with pasta! I've never done a tire repair on these 4, surprise to take it back? The second time was with a suspension change... which, in short, I didn't need to do it because the problem was the cracked rear axle, something that was not immediately seen and was only passed on to the front to solve the noise that was also not frontal.. . anyway! I gave this store 2 chances.... if you want to try your luck. I will never again and I will please forward this story to anyone who asks!!! Dishonest shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido pela Katlyn e pelo mecânico que fez a manutenção no meu veículo, porém eu tive que ficar das 9h40 até 15h00 aguardando no local. Fiquei esperando muito tempo para avaliação do meu veículo. Apesar de ter aceitado fazer o serviço, depois, analisando com calma, identifiquei que o preço das peças foi praticamente o dobro praticado no mercado. Achei o preço abusivo (Infelizmente pesquisei depois de aceitar a execução do serviço). Só voltarei para fazer a manutenção da garantia, mas não pretendo fazer nenhum outro serviço no local.
I was well attended by Katlyn and the mechanic who did the maintenance on my vehicle, but I had to stay from 9:40 am until 3:00 pm waiting at the place. I've been waiting a long time for my vehicle to be evaluated. Despite having accepted to do the service, later, analyzing it calmly, I identified that the price of the parts was practically double that practiced in the market. I found the price abusive (Unfortunately I researched after accepting the execution of the service). I will only come back for warranty maintenance, but I do not intend to do any other onsite service.
