★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente desepcionada, sou cliente a mais quase um ano. Estou falando no whtas desde de ontem de manhã, dei meu nome e o meu arquivo nao acharam o meu cadastro. Liguei a tarde, mandaram eu ligar de manha.. ligue, a pessoa que me atende estava oculpada, deixei recado que ia falar no whats.. estoi esperando a 3h, visualizaram e nao respondem. Atendimento 0, eles fazem isso com cliente meu Deus que horror. Precisam fazer um curso de atendimento ao cliente.
Totally disappointed, I have been a customer for almost a year. I have been speaking on whtas since yesterday morning, I gave my name and my file did not find my registration. I called in the afternoon, I was told to call in the morning .. call, the person who answers me was hiding, I left a message that I was going to speak on whats up .. I was waiting at 3 am, they viewed and did not respond. Customer service 0, they do it with my God my customer what a horror. They need to take a customer service course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Me falaram que o serviço seria feito em uma hora. Quando voltei para pegar não havia sido feito nada. Ainda tive que esperar o atendente fumar um cigarro do lado de fora, depois disso, no meio do atendimento, ele resolveu atender o celular e escolher um novo plano da operadora.
Desrespeito muito grande com o cliente!
Mesmo depois de reclamar o serviço só foi concluído em mais de duas horas.
Nunca voltarei!
Horrible! I was told that the job would be done in an hour. When I came back to pick up nothing had been done. I still had to wait for the attendant to smoke a cigarette outside, after that, in the middle of the call, he decided to answer the phone and choose a new plan from the operator.
Very disrespectful to the customer!
Even after complaining the service was only completed in more than two hours.
I will never be back!
