Sou motorista de aplicativo e teve um acidente fiz o serviço de segurança e proteção do veiculo na TOPVEL . Meu carro teve perca total recebi o meu pagamento com 49 dias. Como eu contratei dias parados me pagaram R$2400,00 pelos 30 dias que fiquei sem trabalhar. Comprei carro melhor ele esta na topvel. Super recomendo! Eu era da Porto Seguro é uma boa seguradora boa mas a TOPVEl é melhor pois pago em boleto e livre o condutor tem produto especifico para a gente que motorista de aplictivo e ainda paga os dias parados que contratei Valeu TOPVEl.
Person highly recommend! I can only talk about what happened to me. Each one has his own vision. I am an application driver and had an accident I did the vehicle security and protection service at TOPVEL. My car had total loss I received my payment with 49 days. As I hired idle days, they paid me R $ 2400.00 for the 30 days I did not work. I bought a better car, it's on topvel. Super recommend! I was from Porto Seguro, a good insurance company, but TOPVEl is better because I pay by bank slip and free, the driver has a specific product for people who are an application driver and still pay for the days I hired Thanks TOPVEl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico pra ninguém, na hora da contratação eles te tratam bem e oferece o mundo de benefícios, quando você solicita um diz que não tem direito, meu caso vai pro Procon e se possível Bacen.
I don't recommend it to anyone, when they hire you they treat you well and offer a world of benefits, when you ask for one you say you are not entitled, my case goes to Procon and if possible Bacen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha o contrato a maís de ano e aí pedir para rever o valor pq a concorrência estava oferecendo valores bem inferiores ao que estava pagando e benefícios, mas a responsável pela relação com cliente não tem autonomia e precisa ver tudo com a diretora, e aí ou não tem a resposta ou demora muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem respeito ao cliente nem a a vítima , estou a mais de 40 dias esperando, estouraram todos os prazos que me deram, deixando claro que pra conseguir contato tem que mandar mil mensagens , descaso sem fim , estou sem trabalhar pela falta do carro e não resolvem nada.

Como candidata fui muito bem tratada pelos colaboradores. A senhorita Crislaine, gestora responsável pelo setor do cargo disponível, foi muito educada, esclarecedora sobre o que esperava do (a) candidato (a) selecionado (a)... observei que faltou apenas deixar claro as referências e informações da vaga, como por exemplo: horário, dias, benefícios... afinal, no anúncio não foi informado.
Infelizmente, hoje não foi a minha vez, mas quero agradecer pela educação, respeito, e hospitalidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei no dia 23 de setembro de 2021 até aí blz após o pagamento do boleto da adesão tudo mundo sumiu inclusive a atendente,não me atende e nem responde isso que nem concluí todo o processo de contratação ainda imagina quando acontecer algo com o veículo. Nem terminei a contratacao e Jah vou cancelar não quero isso pra mim nem pra ninguém
