★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do Edson foi muito bom, mas na hora de entregar o sofá, não cumpriram a data e agora a minha amiga ainda está esperando para fazerem a impermeabilização que eles dizem que já foi feita e não foi. Vamos ver se isso vai ser resolvido.

Terrible location. Several lawsuits in court. Including mine. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything. They don't deliver and they don't refund your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa variedade de móveis, com preços para todos os bolsos, e bom atendimento dos vendedores. Depois da compra, a história muda: a entrega demorou 2 meses, o sofá chegou manchado, com um pé quebrado e sem a impermeabilização contratada. O atendimento ao cliente não funciona por telefone, e-mail e nem Whatsapp. Ninguém resolve o problema e a gente não sabe a quem recorrer.
Good variety of furniture, with prices for all pockets, and good service from sellers. After the purchase, the story changes: delivery took 2 months, the sofa arrived stained, with a broken foot and without the waterproofing contracted. Customer service does not work by phone, email or whatsapp. Nobody solves the problem and we don't know who to turn to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssima comprei um sofá de 3 lugares no dia 22/01 até data de hoje não entregaram ja paguei 2 parcelas e nada desculpa que a fabrica mandou errado o sofá e fica oferecendo outro pro cliente estou insatisfeita.
It's being terrible I bought a 3-seater sofa on 01/22 until today they haven't delivered I already paid 2 installments and nothing excuses that the factory sent the sofa wrong and keeps offering another one to the customer I'm dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é grande e como tem muitos móveis para demonstração facilita muito na hora da escolha. Os preços estão justos e tem a facilidade de parcelamento. A localização é fácil no bairro de Oswaldo Cruz por ter condução na porta e ser a 5 minutos de caminhada da estação de trem de Oswaldo Cruz, que facilita o acesso à loja. Fui bem atendida e fiquei bastante tempo dentro da loja comparando as opções.
The store is large and as it has a lot of furniture for demonstration, it makes it very easy to choose. Prices are fair and installment is easy. The location is easy in the Oswaldo Cruz neighborhood as it has a shuttle at the door and is a 5-minute walk from the Oswaldo Cruz train station, which facilitates access to the store. I was well attended and spent a lot of time inside the store comparing the options.
