For months I have tried installing internet with this company and I am not successful. Inaccurate information, terrible service. None of my contacts were returned. They have no commitment to their prospective customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na o tem suporte ne hum aos finais de semana, nem feriados. Em plena aula o line fiquei o dia todo a quem reclamar. Tive que de imediato mudar de empresa.
There is no support on weekends or holidays. In full class the line was all day to complain. I had to change companies immediately.

Porém na hora dos problemas não sabem criar uma rotina de dar o feedback ao cliente. Equipe técnica até qualificada 95% do tempo funciona bem. Porém quando acontece um problema nãoo sabemos o que aconteceu e nem quando irá voltar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa! Atendimento ruim, instabilidade de sinal regurlarmente, péssima! Atendimentos só acontecem na semana, aos sábados, domingos e feriados eles não atendem!! Em caso de emergências você fica na não! Não recomendo a ninguém!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente por não ter outra opção que preste, hoje 29/05, passou o dia sem internet direito não enviar arquivos via ZAP. Tive que usa meu 4g. Aí informar a operadora via ZAP nem resposta obtive. Fiz todos os testes e nada de resolver.
I am a customer for not having any other option to pay, today 05/29, spent the day without internet right not to send files via ZAP. I had to use my 4g. Then inform the operator via ZAP or reply. I did all the tests and nothing to solve.
