Pena que nao tem mais os quiosques em frente pois uma cervejinha no final da tarde sempre era bem vinda.
A great place to live with easy access to transpote and shopping.
Too bad there are no more kiosks ahead because a beer in the late afternoon was always welcome.

Lugar familiar, vizinhos excelentes, com uma infraestrutura de lazer excelente. Lugar muito bom para se ter um imóvel de veraneio e certamente maravilhoso para morar.
Excellent Condominium, impeccable Milton administration, serious manager, honest and committed to excellence in maintenance and quality. Familiar place, excellent neighbors, with an excellent leisure infrastructure. Very good place to have a summer property and certainly wonderful to live.
