Estamos decepcionados faltando água no prédio e por alegação de funcionários sabiam que faltaria sendo que no prédio ao lado não está faltando .Nao recomendo este local .

We are disappointed that there is no water in the building and because of the employees' allegation they knew it would be lacking since the building next door is not lacking. I do not recommend this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar tem ótima localização em frente ao mar ,porém a falta de estacionamento ,as janelas do banheiro e da cozinha ficarem para lado do corredor e lamentável .A falta de ducha também .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A grande vantagem desse edifício é estar a poucos passos da praia.
Literalmente é só atravessar a rua.
É muito bem localizado perto do centro de lojas de mercado farmácia padaria.
Vale super a pena locar um ape nesse edifico para passar uma temporada.
Porém não tem elevador as escadas exigem um preparo físico rsrsrsrs o Wifi só funciona na recepção e a lanchonete que tem anexada ao prédio a noite vira bar toca música alta funk sertanejo e por aí vai a rua fica lotada devido ao fervo que tem nessa lanchonete a noite.

It is super worthwhile to rent an apartment in this building to spend a season.
However, there is no elevator, the stairs require physical preparation lol The Wifi only works at the reception and the cafeteria that has attached to the building at night turns into a bar plays loud funk country music and so on the street gets crowded due to the crowds in this cafeteria a night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locamos um apartamento, a mesa estava quebrada, não possui microondas, a porta do banheiro é sanfonada e não possui fechadura, a tampa do sanitário e shampozeira estão verdes, inicialmente a proprietária disse que poderia até 12 pessoas porém a norma do condomínio permite apenas 6 pessoas em apartamentos de 1 quarto e 8 pessoas em apartamentos de 2 quartos. O edifício estava sempre bem organizado e limpo, os porteiros são bem atenciosos, porém não tem vagas para estacionar o carro no edificio, vantagem é que a localização é ótima perto de feiras e restaurantes e pé a praia, está que precisa urgentemente da prefeitura pois a areia está muito preta.
