Condomínio com piscina, academia, salão de festas, 2 churrasqueiras;
O ponto negativo é que possui apenas 1 elevador,talvez por ter 7 andares, mas excelente custo x benefício!
Great apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and laundry with good sizes, or better all rooms with good size! It has 2 parking spaces;
Condominium with swimming pool, gym, party room, 2 barbecue grills;
The downside is that it has only 1 elevator, perhaps because it has 7 floors, but excellent cost-benefit!

Oque visitei tem um hall de espera muito limpo e agradável, tive acesso a um apartamento térreo, não sei os demais mas tinha um banheiro social muito pequeno. Três quartos em tamanho normal ,uma copa bem pequena. A portaria bem criteriosa na segurança no que respeita visitantes mas cordial . Era noite então foi só o que pode observar.
Very well constructed apartment buildings. The one I visited has a very clean and pleasant waiting hall, I had access to a ground floor apartment, I don't know the others but it had a very small bathroom. Three-quarters full size, a very small pantry. The concierge is very careful in terms of security with regard to visitors but cordial. It was night so that was all you could see.
