★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezados, estou muito insatisfeita com a Springer e com o vendedor da Totaline. Comprei o ar condicionado em 04/02/2020, e, no dia 01/12/20, parou de funcionar do nada. Tentei contato com os telefones que constam na nota e sem êxito. Conversei com uma pessoa no site (bate papo on-line), e, eles informaram que o ar condicionado que comprei (INVERTER), tem 3 meses de garantia. Perguntaram se eu coloquei com o técnico credenciado deles, pois se tivesse colocado, aumentaria a garantia. Em momento algum o vendedor de onde comprei o aparelho (loja: Totaline Refrigeração e Ar Condicionado, na Barros Reis) me informou que o aparelho só teria 3 meses de garantia e que tinha que ser instalado com o técnico credenciado deles. Ele me ofereceu este aparelho, que por sinal, era mais caro que outros que tinha lá, me explicou que era melhor por que eu teria economia de energia. Não vi nada disso!! O que vi foi, um aparelho que não presta! E agora? Eu vou ficar no prejuízo?? Normalmente um aparelho de eletrodoméstico tem garantia de 01 ano. Mas esse ar condicionado, tem! Como eles me passaram. E agora? Preciso colocar na justiça para ter os meus direitos ou vocês da Springer vão resolver este problema?????????? Nem a assistência técnica eles disponibilizaram para ir na minha casa olhar o que aconteceu com o aparelho! Que falta de consideração com o cliente! Que falta de profissionalismo!!! Nem terminei de pagar o ar condicionado e o mesmo já não funciona mais. Aguardo uma resolução o mais breve!
Dear, I am very dissatisfied with Springer and the Totaline salesperson. I bought the air conditioner on 2/4/2020, and on 12/1/20, it stopped working out of nowhere. I tried to contact the phones on the note and to no avail. I talked to a person on the website (online chat), and, they reported that the air conditioning I bought (INVERTER), has a 3-month warranty. They asked if I put it with their accredited technician, because if I did, it would increase the guarantee. At no time did the seller from where I bought the appliance (store: Totaline Refrigeração e Ar Condition, at Barros Reis) informed me that the appliance would only have a 3-month warranty and that it had to be installed with their accredited technician. He offered me this device, which by the way, was more expensive than others he had there, explained to me that it was better because I would save energy. I didn't see any of that !! What I saw was, a device that sucks! And now? Will I stay at a loss ?? Normally, a home appliance has a 01 year warranty. But this air conditioning has it! How they passed me. And now? I need to put it in court to have my rights or will you Springer solve this problem ?????????? Not even the technical assistance they made available to go to my house to look at what happened with the device! What a lack of consideration for the customer! What a lack of professionalism !!! I haven't even paid for the air conditioning and it doesn't work anymore. I look forward to a resolution as soon as possible!
