★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo, ônibus super lotados e velhos, péssimo atendimento, motoristas loucos. Abrirei uma reclamação na AGERBA, pois é uma falta de respeito com o consumidor que ta pagando caro por um atendimento de péssima qualidade.
Garbage, overcrowded and old buses, terrible service, crazy drivers. I will open a complaint at AGERBA, as it is a lack of respect with the consumer who is paying dearly for poor quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou revoltada com esse meio de transporte, pois os ônibus que saiam de Candeias × retiro , agora somos obrigado a descer na estação Pirajá..
Não tem cobimento uma um absurdo desse , botam nos passageiro num luga horrível , não tem banheiro não tem acebdo pra preferencial ,e nem banheiro.
Gostaria de saber, pq mudaram a estação

There is no cover for such an absurdity, they put passengers in a horrible place, there is no bathroom.
I wonder why they changed the season

Tráfego 317 dias na linha Camaçari X Salvador, e digo que a situação do serviço de transporte público prestado por vocês está decadente, se for analisar pela perspectiva de valores de passagem e tarifa de embarque na rodoviária.
Elenco de problemas:
I - SUPER LOTAÇÃO. (Estamos trafegando além dos limites exigidos pela lei)
II - Diminuição da frota
III - Tarifa de embarque na rodoviaria de R$ 0,75 ...absurda. ( tomamos sol, chuva e fezes de pombo)
IV - Quando um ônibus quebra não existe uma reguladora.
V -" É um Deus-nos-acuda todo dia, para ir para o trabalho e para voltar. A gente NAO SE ACOSTUMA com ônibus cheio, atraso na linha, motorista mal educado"
Todo dia é a mesma senzala urbana.
Meus gastos diários com passagem são de:
R$ 0,75 (tarifa de entrada na rodoviaria)
R$ 10,60 (5,30 - ida e 5,30 volta)

Gasto por dia R$ 11,35 x 317 (quantidade de dias que vou ao trabalho) = R$ 3.597,95 por ano. Aí vocês multiplicam isso pela quantidade de trabalhadores que utilizam o serviço da VSA por dia e ano e vejam que nós merecemos mais respeito, afinal somos nós que fornecemos a sustentabilidade da empresa de vocês.
Peço uma solução urgente!

Traffic 317 days on the Camaçari X Salvador line, and I say that the situation of the public transport service provided by you is decadent, if you look at it from the perspective of fares and boarding fees at the bus station.
Problem list:
I - SUPER CROWD. (We are traveling beyond the limits required by law)
II - Decrease in the fleet
III - Bus fare of R$ 0.75 ...absurd. (we take sun, rain and pigeon feces)
IV - When a bus breaks down, there is no regulator.
V - "It's a God-help us every day, to go to work and to come back. We DON'T get used to a full bus, delay in the line, rude driver"
Every day is the same urban slave quarters.
My daily travel expenses are:
BRL 0.75 (entrance fee at the bus station)
BRL 10.60 (5.30 - round trip and 5.30 back)

Spend per day R$ 11.35 x 317 (number of days I go to work) = R$ 3,597.95 per year. Then you multiply that by the number of workers who use the VSA service per day and year and see that we deserve more respect, after all, we are the ones who provide the sustainability of your company.
I ask for an urgent solution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada dia pior.. onibus lotados, vc fica na estação mas de 1 hora esperando um ônibus pra voltar pra casa.. E pra vim trabalhar eles só liberam o carro pra vim, quando o outro chega..
Uma inresponsabilidade com as pessoas que precisam do transporte pra trabalhar..
Every day worse. Buses are crowded, you stay at the station but wait 1 hour for a bus to go home... And to come to work they only release the car to come, when the other one arrives...
A lack of responsibility towards people who need transport to work...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, primeiro o motorista deixou de pegar passageiro num ponto do retiro, e ao chegar em Caroba pedimos o ponto onde todos os ônibus para o motorista um completo animal , super ignorante pq em momento algum falamos nada pra ele nos tratar daquele jeito. Minha irmã e mha sobrinha ao descer ele arrastou o carro e mha sobrinha não caiu e não aconteceu o pior graças a Deus.
