★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja town e country da loja Aricanduva a uns 2 anos fiz uma compra de 1 calça e 1 bota eles me ofereceram um cartão deles dizendo que timha alguns benefícios, aceitei fazer o cartão porém a loja estava fechando e o cartão só poderia ser aprovado no dia seguinte então desisti do cartão e paguei com meu cartão de crédito rasguei o contrato e disse que não queria mais. Infelizmente a corrupção deste país está em todos lugares, o cartão chegou em minha casa com valor de anuidade, liguei na zcred que provavelmente é do Bradesco pois o boleto é do Bradesco eles não queriam cancelar chegou até carta de Serasa por causa do valor de anuidade que foi acumulando chegou quase a 100,00 sendo que nunca desbloquiei o cartão até que liguei na ouvidoria e fiz um reclamaçãove tinha sido resolvido o caso, agora acabo de receber uma cobrança deles 2 anos depois dizendo que na paguei tudo que ainda tem um valor a pagar de 15,00 e me mandaram o boleto junto isso é roubo. A loja town e country tirou o dela da reta na época sendo que ela que emitiu os meus dados para financeira, agora fico indignado como que isto aconteceu sendo que eles não tinham mais o contrato da minha assinatura, isto é digno de um processo vou correr atrás dos meus direitos é muito falta de vergonha essas empresas que não tem respeito, as pessoas pra eles não são nada além de consumidores.
Vergonha town e country e as instituições financeiras também não fica fora de sujeira!!!
I went to the town and country store at the Aricanduva store about 2 years ago I made a purchase of 1 pants and 1 boot they offered me a card saying that they have some benefits, I accepted to make the card but the store was closing and the card could only be approved the next day i gave up on the card and paid with my credit card i tore up the contract and said i didn't want anymore. Unfortunately the corruption of this country is everywhere, the card arrived at my house with an annual fee, I called zcred which is probably from Bradesco because the bank slip is from Bradesco they did not want to cancel it reached Serasa letter because of the annuity amount that accumulated reached almost 100.00 and I never unlocked the card until I called the ombudsman and made a complaint that the case had been solved, now I just received a charge from them 2 years later saying that I paid everything that still has a value to pay 15.00 and they sent me the ticket together this is theft. The town and country store took hers off the straight at the time and she sent my data to finance, now I am indignant as this happened being that they no longer had my signature contract, this is worthy of a process I will run behind my rights there is a lot of shame in these companies that have no respect, people for them are nothing but consumers.
Shame town and country and financial institutions are also not out of dirt !!!
