Excellent condominium with complete leisure area, pleasant neighbors, and super well located close to the bus stop, BRT, pharmacies, cafeterias, supermarkets, restaurants and in the center of Augusto Montenegro. Good place to live!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe de segurança é muito educada e trabalhadora pois vários moradores tbm ajudam. A administração fez um vigilante ser demitido só por causa de uma troca mau-feita e eles nem te cumprimentam se passar do seu lado.
The security team is very polite and hardworking as several residents also help. Management got a security guard fired just for a botched trade and they won't even greet you if you pass your side.
